I have alot of phlegm and my nose always feels blocked. I can never breathe and its super uncomfortable. What can I do to relieve this ?
your home is more polluted than the air outside believe it or not
i recommend at minimum 6 houseplants per 1000sq ft of a home.. also make sure you use a hepa vacuum, dust with a wet rag weekly, and invest in a high quality A/C filter
the next step is food allergies.. gluten and dairy should be eliminated from your diet. a lot of things have them so be careful.
you can also try using a neti-pot 2X per day. it will clear you out

Dairy can be really bad for phlegm too.
We can only make guesses so it'd be probably best to go see a doctor if it's that bad.
