HGH vs TEST

what could be the best option between this two for 26 year old looking to gain mass and increase stamina and strength, some people told me most hgh on the market is fake and could be dangerous to use if it's not from the pharmacy, I have been working out for the last 6 months but my stamina and strentgh are gone, due to a sleep disorder, I wake up at least 3-4 times every night and it takes me about 45 minutes to fall asleep again so basically I'm sleeping about 3-4 hours every night, and maybe test or hgh help to improve my sleep as well, thank you.

Test is way better then HGH. Hands down. HGH is honestly over rated. People only push HGH because the mark up on it is really good. Not just that, trying to find a source for real HGH is almost impossible.

I explain how to properly run a testosterone only first cycle in this video here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqBLCSaKsW4

Your sleep issues concern me. Check out this video I made on tips to cure insomnia -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/video-tips-cure-insomnia-48968.html

Here are 5 tips that I hope help -

1. 99% of sleep issues are due to using stimulants too close to bed time. The half life of caffeine is about 6 hours. If you take a pre-workout supplement around 5PM after work and plan to go to bed around 11PM, the pre-workout will still be in your bloodstream in almost full concentrations. If you are using a stimulant based pre-workout before your workouts, either stop taking it or switch to a stimulant free pre-workout.

You honestly don't need a pre-workout. It's a big misconception that you need a pre-workout to lift. The best thing you can do to get a great pump during your workout is to eat a proper pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes before you train. Something high in protein, high in carbs and low-moderate in fat. Something like a bowl of oatmeal with whey protein isolate and some natural almond butter mixed in.

2. Keep your phone, computer and TV out of your bed room. Your bed room should be for sleeping and sex. That's it. Even if you have your phone on silent, you will subconsciously be thinking about it and will check it in the middle of the night to see if you have any notifications.

3. If you have an alarm clock in your room, have the clock facing away from you so you aren't constantly checking the time and doing sleep math in your head.

4. Try to develop a regular night time routine. Spend 30 minutes before bed each night unwinding and relaxing. Getting ready for bed isn't like a light switch. It's more like a dimmer switch. You need to let your body relax and your CNS cool down to get ready for sleep.

5. Finally, try using a multi-ingredient natural sleep aid supplement that isn't loaded with melatonin so you won't feel groggy the next morning. A lot of sleep aid supplements have melatonin dosages of 5-10mg. The effective dosage of melatonin is 1-2mg. Look for a sleep aid supplement that also contains 5-htp, gaba and magnesium. The product N2sleep from needtobuildmuscle.com is really good.

If you have only been training for 6 months then you should not be using either. It takes a few years to build up a good natural base. Until then I would not touch steroids or HGH.

6 months into gym and already wants to use steroids..

This will not end up well, and you will not gain as much as you would want to. You need to have the diet and exercising in check first. Only then after few years consider trying something.

You are 26 so you really shouldn't need test or HGH at this point. Id focus on fixing your sleeping problem, getting your diet in check, and really focusing on a good workout routine.

Once you have those 3 things in check if you want to then supplement with test or HGH then go for it. As others have said Test is cheaper and readily available. HGH is faked all the time and when you find the real stuff it is expensive. Plus you will need to run it for much longer periods of time for results and some of the side effects are pretty nasty (joint pain, swelling, carpal tunnel, etc).

If you are only going to run one then Test would be the way to go but id suggest seeing your doctor about your sleep habits first because if you are stressing your body by working out hard, taking test, and not getting sleep you wont see the results you want from the test and could cause other health issues.

Just my opinion.
