the more you weigh the stronger you hypotehtically can be.. there is a reason in wrestling, boxing, weightlifting, MMA there are weight classes right?
now if you don't care and just want to 'get strong' and be one of those perma bulkers at the gym who are strong/fat types then eat away, the more the merrier.. eat often and eat loose
but if you want to stay lean you need to eat clean and lower meal frequency
