How fast after you start a test cycle do you start to feel the effects of the testosterone in the body?

Probably depends on a compound and a dose. I've never used any short esters like prop or acetate and I don't use very high doses, so I'd say a few weeks for me, until blood levels are high enough.

I can feel a libido change on Test E within 7-10 days. Physical changes...those take longer and are contingent on your training/diet.
