how much creatine can I use?

I’m looking to build more strength in the gym. What’s a good amount of creatine that I can take? I’ve read that most people take 5 g but I am a bad responder to supplements. Should I double that up and do 10 g per day instead?
 
They always say that when it comes to creatine to never exceed 5 g. The reason for that is you can experience a lot of bloating. Nobody has really proved that running more leads to better results.
 
Cardazol is definitely a wonderful product. I use two capsules in the morning and I'll use two capsules pre-workout. Gives me a lot of energy.
 
Yeah, Cardazol has 200 mg of creatine HCI. It also has additional ingredients that you need including things like taurine, caffeine and other things like DHA and iodine. I really like the formula.
