how much retatrutide to cut down under 10%?

Currently about 12 or 13% body fat, looking to cut down under 10% and have visible abs. What is a good dosage of Reta I should try? Should I go with 2mg/week and then ramp it up after 8 weeks, or should I start higher maybe 3 or 4mg?

Start at 1mg a week and increase from there based on how you feel. Most of the drug works in the background. You don’t have to increase until the food noise overcomes your diet plan.
 
Start at like .5mg or even 1mg - the increases can be absolutely brutal. I was doing just fine on 1.5mg and went to 2 and had the worst GI sides , Reta lasts like a week too so its just gonna be a rough week.

But, it has to be said, Reta wont magically make you under 10%, its a tool, like actually gets less effective at body fat levels like yours, diet, cardio, carb timing etc will be the heavy lifter, the only thing reta will really add for you is appetite suppresion, your likely already getting majority of the insulin based benefits just from being lean.

Start 1mg/week and move up 1mg to find your dose up to 5

You should start out at 1 to 1.5 mg a week for the first four or five weeks. Once you start getting used to some of the side effects you get early on, you can start increasing it.

When it comes to Reta anywhere from 1-5 mg is perfectly fine.

Bros, when it comes to retatrutide, anything is a good dosage but I think 1 mg is a good starting dosage then you can go up from there.

Dosing between 2 and 3 mg will be optimal. You could start lower, though, and then work your way up. At the end of the day it's going to boil down to diet. How good is your diet?
