How much turmeric?

Hey all, I was wondering what a dosage of turmeric should be ? I have the raw powder but dont have any idea on how much i should be taking ? Any help would be great thanks!

it is a reach to think just taking tumeric is the solution for what i am assuming is your desire to help your inflammation

There are a MILLION tubs of this put there in the big bad world. What you want is one with a label on and it'll say what dose. Key words to look for are 'effective dose'.

Can I also ask why you brought the raw powder without doing any such research?

1-2 grams per day is a good dosage. It kind of tastes like crap so add it into food.

I like to add it into my rice before turning on the rice cooker. It gives the rice a really nice yellow color and nutty taste
