**Caution - This body is under construction**

Recently back at it after a few years out of the gym, in which I completely ballooned. Prior to my hiatus I was an avid bodybuilder for about 4 solid years, off and on a couple of years leading up to that. Yes, I'm definitely fat and making a mockery of what the OP was searching for. Part of my journey back is owning it and winning 1 day at a time. F*&# It! Stare at my jelly!

Trt Test E @ 175mg/wk for 18mo. My levels hovered between 90-120 TT before going on. TRT has literally given me life back! First cycle was about 15 years ago, I had no knowledge, no guidance and no business messing with AAS. Present day, diet has been dialed in tight the past 4 months and I've dropped 30+ lbs. and counting.

Currently on Week#4 350mg/wk Test E & 35mg/day Tbol. I understand it would be better to drop more fat first, but this is what I chose. No estrogen issues currently. Full of energy and just a general good f'n vibe.

Age: 39 soon

I've bounced been between 2,300-2,700 cals, 190-220g Protein and staying under 50g Carbs. I feel really good, with a lot less inflammation, the lower I go with my carbs. Currently at 2,400 cals/day.
 
You have to learn what your body likes, whats your diet and how often do you eat? How do you train?

3 hours is to much, i used to train like that and i never grew like that.. Train 1 hour 30min max. But while you train take no more then 30sec break each set. And dont focus on calories so much. I just focus on carbs and proteins mostly.. I have around 7-800g of carbs a day but its all from rice.. Focus more on going high healthy carbs and not so much calories. And you will defiently grow!!

Yea im not gonna lie my test only cycle was great but I wouldnt use ore than 350-400mg/week. I went with 500mg and meh.

I was stronger sure, but PCT, time off, blah you feel like shit. Im gonna be 38 shortly and id rather run sarms and HGH to be honest.

Arms are pumped at 14 3/4”. Not very big for most but the biggest they’ve ever been for me. This is also off cycle. Trying to lose some of the muffin top before my next cycle in April. Hard to do while on Paxil though. Stupid drug makes me hungry and loosens my willpower.

This post is getting me motivated as hell. 27 y/o, 6’0” 220 lbs off cycle for 4 years now. Thanks lot of work, roughly 1.5hr work outs and 60-90 min cardio split a day.. I worked out almost everyday and seldom took a rest day. Different muscle group each day. Probably over trained but I was still getting results it was hard to stop lol...

I think overtraining is a myth for the vast majority of people. Cross Fit people train for 8 hours a day leading up to competitions. In the caveman days, if you rested for a day, you didn't eat. The human body just needs plenty of sleep each night for proper recovery. I basically work out daily for 1.5 hours total and then I take a day off when my body tells me it's time for a break. I use a 4 day split: Trust your body.

Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest/Triceps
Day 3: Back/Bicep
Day 4 Shoulders

I also training calves almost every day...that was a game changer for me....reall help turn my calves from my weakest body part to "respectable".

Also have to keep in mind that when someone says they work out for 90mins they physically moving weight for maybe half that time. I've made my best gains by training much harder and with less rest days. I will change things up again once I hit another plateau.

Getting 7-8 hours of deep sleep each night is one of the best things one can do for recovery and growth.

And i just started this cycle 3 weeks ago and im prepared to blow up lol
Yes my bloods and everything are healthy as for now!!
This is my cycle that ive been on for 3 weeks now..
4000mg of test E Every week.
100mg of anadrol everyday.
10iu insulin 5 days a week.
4iu HGH everyday.

Its a simple but very strong and affective bulking cycle...

Lol believe it or not almost all pros do this. Most of them will never admit it..simply because it make them look bad.. But its the truth. Dallas mccarver was on ALOT more then 4g of test btw. So more test is obviously better results... And more consequences of course.

2-4 grams is usually what I hear the big boys talk about. Lotta risk for that reward imo. I’m at 800 test and it’s a lot for me, now anyway..

Just wow. Don't know what to say but that's a lot of f#cking gear. How are you feeling in general?
So far no sides, blood is fine.. For me test kicks in around the 4th-5th week.. And its true test is defiently king.. Im on my 3rd week and i look so much fuller and dense already. The first 2 weeks it hits hard!! Crazy dreams and nightmares for sure.. Defiently heart pumps a little faster once i inject also, Then its back to normal after 15min. (Im shooting around 13cc a week)
As for health im taking alot of vitimans for heart and liver. "Around 15-20 different vitimans" and im drinking 2 gallons of water mandatory because it helps keep my immune system functioning faster and also helps with my organs and liver healthy. And meals are little to no salt. Just plan chicken and rice..
Untill i see my blood pressure go up that is when ill take more necessary measures..

I have tried this cycle before but i had to stop at my 4th week. Due to the fact that on the 3rd or 4th week i got so damn strong so fast i tore a mucsle on my leg and that same week i tore another muscle on my chest!! Lmao i was repping 405lb on bench like it was nothing.. So im excited to run a full cycle of this..

I agree, ive always been curious about trying it.. Im aware of the consequences im not denying it, just seeing how much of a diffrence this cycle will really make.

I wouldn't say all the pros do that much. Maybe they do nowadays but I was just listening to Palumbo talk about what he used for gear on his youtube channel and he said he used to only do about 1000mg of Test. And he repeats many times that Test was mostly his only steroid to get bigger.

Most pros that are talked about and that are popular are very genetically gifted, (thats why they are so popular) but there is still plently of pros that arent talked about who do such dosages..
And as for palumdo i personally dont believe that.. Its just very hard to believe that he was better then alot of competitors who i know took more gear then 1000mg of test.. Hes gifted with gentics for sure but there is no way he would be that high level of bodybuilding with only 1000mg of test and his genetics.. To me he says that becuase its more of a prideful thing to say.

How often have we seen this skewed logic again and again? Hundreds of times. ''It's what the pros do... my brothers mate best buddy knows a pro and they admitted it''. I've been around pros and, in one way or another, involved in this 40 years this summer. NOT ONE Pro has admitted to doing 4+ grams a week. Dorian wrote what he did and no one believed it. I DO know of guys who do (or have done) grams a week. My gym owner says it a lot (he's a light weight competitor). Dave Crosland did a documentary on it where he went to 5g a week and ended up in hospital and admitted 2g was optimal. We all know Bostin Loyd has backed off from 4-5g a week and was never a pro.

Only because it excuses what you do. No different to a social drinker who is alcoholic and someone drinking cider down the park who is the same. In fact we all, myself included, will all look to excuse the excesses of our occasionally silly habits by saying 'X does more'.

I did a quick look online on Dorian Yates and even he said the max dose he ever took was 1000mg of Test, 500mg of Deca and 50mg of DBol. Apparently he was also on 8mg of GH as well. But Dorian also had good genetics. So I have a hard time believing why Palumbo or Yates would lie about what they're taking after they're already open about it and done with competing. There's no point for them to lie about how much.

Yates even states in an interview that more then that isn't really going to do anything and there were some guys that took more but it did jack for them.

I get what you mean.. But i do believe that they take that much, I dont think im wrong but hey i could be wrong!! That is the main reason why i am doing the cycle im doing right now.. So i can see for my self if its really what they say it is. But so far its pretty intense cycle for only 3 weeks.. I can only imagine what a few months will do! Guess i will find out and see where it takes me!! Lol

My biggest concern, and many I’ve spoken to will agree...
The biggest downside of massive cycles (health ramifications not included) is that, especially on your earlier cycles, there is a direct relationship also to the amount of gear we do in our early cycles that becomes a sort of “footprint” for what our bodies will “want” in order to grow and keep making gains. It’s almost like our bodies can get conditioned to high dose early cycles and if we don’t continue and add milligrams our bodies won’t respond to a lower dose cycle.
This in my, and others opinion is the BIGGEST downside to running high dose cycles not to mention the other things people have already mentioned.

But at the end of the day, you do you and I’ll do me. Agreed that many take these doses and most lie.. play safe big guy! Hope it’s a productive cycle and you share it with us all!

My best friend Mike, and I’m not trying to be condescending or take away from your obvious hard work, is bigger and more developed than you and takes much less gear.
He’s NEVER gone over a gram of test. Ex. For mass he may take 50mg dbol, 750 test, 200 tren 4-600 mast.
He’s not a pro, tho he’s trains them and could be if he wanted. Some guys do take 5g... but not all.

On the gear thing (before we move on lol) I had a chat with our local IFBB pro, James Llewellin, who trains in my gym. Right now he's cutting for an upcoming competition. I reminded him that he had posted his competition cycle 2 years back and even had fans and followers not believe his cycle. It totaled, IIRC, under 2g total.

Yes, mike is my age, 37. He’s been at it since his early teens. Genetic freak for sure. Even at 20 when he was natty, he looked roided the F up.

I hope D sanchez health holds up forreal...imho that much test is trying to bypass genetics...maybe even guys with shit genetics can supercede the bad dealt hand and become monsters
I believe most guys who we admire however just have superior genetics...
Lee Preist NEVER used gear to bulk, only during cutting and prep cycles...hes go on dozens of interviews stating this...his bulk drugs were kfc and mcdonalds lol

So today I had the gym owner use my phone to take a photo or two for me. I scaled in, dressed as I have been every time I weigh myself, at 299lbs. I taped my right forearm at 16.25-inches and my right upper arm (both flexed) at dead on 20-inches. My arm has been a 1/4-inch more but that's the biggest my forearm has been. I'll see if I can post photos for you.

Nice. My forearms 14.5" I've never trained them think it's from wrenching for 20 years.
