I've always had horrible breakouts since a earily age, and they are worse off cycle( i don't understand that one).. but should i go ahead a get some accutane?
I've used it as a teen, it made me irritable idk if i want that again, but its the only thing that works besides the tanning bed, ohh i get boils real bad too, i wish i would grow out of it, I'm 30 now, and have the skin of a teen lol

Have you tried 20% salicylic acid? Its basically a skin peel and also used in wart removers now at that dose except for a skin peel you only leave it on your skin for about 1-2 minutes max, then shower it off. Its going to burn and you may have skin that does actuall peel off a few days later but the results are extremely quick. By the way...the ance medications you might buy are usually 0.5% - 2% salicylic acid so be extremely careful you dont overdo it.

By the way...if you are the homebrew type. You can buy this stuff by the 100 gram package for about $15. What you do with it afterwards is totally on you. 100 grams will make well over $1000 retail of acne medication.

So your saying buy salicylic acid? That doesnt seem like a bad idea actually. I have always had acene on my back gets alittle worse when on cycle but still always have it no matter what its just the way it is. I use neturgone body wash it helps alittle so does tanning.

Amazon you can get 20% for like $20 a bottle. It should be enough for like 10 applications depending on area size. Someone else will have to apply and its best to wear some latex gloves otherwise their hands might be burning haha. You can test somewhere else if you have any other areas but about 1 full minute on the skin...you will see almost immediate results and over the next few days the acne should slowly go away. You can always wait 4-5 days and do it again if you need. Be careful in the sun...it will leave your skin a little vulnerable but its much more effective than tanning if you actually have a breakout. Once it resides tanning will help manage.

After the first application of 1 minute...you can extend to 2 minutes. Maybe 3 but by about 2 minutes your skin should be burning enough to want to shower immediately. Get in cool to warm water and wash with soap until the burn goes away.

Sun tanning (and I mean natural sun, not one of these cabins) and zinc containing creams always helped me a great deal. After getting rid of it, use some coconut oil - it will help your skin recover.

Tanning and swimming pools are great at drying out the skin.

I also had bad acne problems when coming off cycle.

Some may not agree with this, but when I run my PCT I drop nolvadex and increase my clomid. For some reason nolvadex makes me break out terribly.. Like I've never had so much acne everywhere in my life, so I dropped it and everything has worked out fine, I've always rebounded.

My best guess is that when you come off your estrogen levels are going through the roof and your T levels are low, seeing how prolactin correlates with estrogen it is best to decrease the estrogen in your body in order to decrease the prolactin problems.

Accutane works - there is absolutely no denying that. However, it is one of the worst compounds you can possibly take in terms of side effects.

I would recommend pursing other options first and only use accutane as a last resort.

Drying/tanning out the skin helps immensely.

Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you a topical acne cream. It'll work better then anything available over the counter and your insurance will cover it.

On top of that, make sure you are showering 3 times per day: upon waking, after workouts and before bed.

Baking soda is one of the best natural exfoliants you can use. Gently rub baking soda on your trouble areas when showering to remove layers of dead skin and help remove the acne.

Tanning is what helps me. We are all different though
