Hey I had a question. I am on an oral only cycle of steroids and I know I need liver support so I am choosing to buy the tried and true product n2guard which I know works. My only concern is the label says 7 caps per day which sounds like a lot. Do I take all 7 at one time or split the dose?
Split the dose into 2, take 3 caps after meal and 4 caps after another meal, better for absorption
bro i take 10 caps when i running heavy cycle. all at once, be a man
You can split the dose.
Personally I split 4 in the AM and 3 in the PM. Doesn't make a huge difference either way though. The key is to take it every day.
Split it up the vets got you covered on this.

It'd be fine to take them all at once, or half with breakfast, half at dinner. The ingredients last for several days, so you're G2G either way. Just don't forget to take it on a regular basis.
