Hey guys, been fasting for a little while now. About a month. Fast for 16 hours eat for 8. Usually eat from noon till 8. Lost some fat and sleeping way better. My only concern is I’m in the military and we HAVE to workout in the morning. Sometimes as a group, sometimes on our own. I know ideally your supposed to break your fast right after you workout but I’ll finish working out at about 9 in the morning. Am I doing more harm than good by waiting until 12 to eat? Thanks.
