Important Injection Question!

So about 20 minutes ago I was pinning my second CC of Sust 250 for the week (250mg every Wednesday/Saturday) and I experienced some adverse effects.
I pinned my quad in the vastus lateralis (outter muscle) and during the entry I did feel a little more discomfort than norma so I chose to aspirate (which I typically don't do with no consequences yet) and there was no blood so I proceeded to inject. About half a CC in i could feel that it wasn't accepting it AS well as normal; however, it wasn't anything to be too alarmed with so I kept going at a slow pace until the full CC was injected. By the time the full CC was in, my foot started to tingle and go numb a little as if it was going to sleep, but i had but leg out straight on a chair and figured it was just from that. Then things got weird, the second I pulled out the syringe I immediately got bad tunnel vision, light headed and dizzy, and my skin instantly went clammy and i got cold sweats. I stood up and put my head down against the bathroom counter and just closed my eyes and breathed deeply because I really felt like I might pass out or throw up. This only went on for about 45 seconds and then everything was pretty much fine after that. One thing I noticed was that a decent sized drop of blood came out of the injection site but it was just the one large drop, nothing major. That being said I figured I maybe nicked a vein or something but didn't actually inject into it since no blood came from the aspiration? I tried researching it and couldn't really find the words to put together a good search so I came up with nothing which is why I'm posting here. I figure plenty of people have had similar situations and might be looking for an answer too and I'm sure plenty of people might have an idea or know for sure what could have caused this. This is my 3rd cycle and I've never had this issue. I don't pin in my quads often and after this I probably won't again for a long time. I know this was a long story but I hope someone can help! I really just want to make sure I'm okay! Cheers.

brother that happened to me before...its partially psychological....kind of like anxiety attack after something seems wrong...if you're alive, you didnt hit a vein bro...nothing to sweat...but this is the reason i dont inject quads or calves anymore...way too many problems, same with traps...i passed out 1 time injecting traps, ended up on the floor in bathroom...freaked the shit out of my girl....

Thanks for the feedback, pip is pretty damn brutal today but I'm feeling better other than that. I'll probably finish out this cycle with just glutes.

What benefits come out of injecting your trap, or arms or calves. why doesnt everyone just inject their glutes?

Better go with the glutes for the next injections - it is very hard to mess things up with the glutes, not like with the quads. This is something normal, and partially psychological. Don't worry, just take care of the PIP today. A good way of doing so would be to workout on your legs today - I found that it is very helpful to reduce the PIP.

Glutes are the easiest injection site. I would recommend sticking with glutes for your first couple of cycles. Alternate butt cheeks each injection and slightly change the injection point to reduce the build up of scar tissue.

Here are some tips for reducing PIP:

1. Heat up the oil prior to injecting. Run the vial under hot water for 1-2 minutes. Heating up the oil will bring it closer to body temperature and make the oil disperse from the muscle into the blood stream much easier.

2. Gently massage the injection site for 1-2 minutes after the injection. It'll help disperse the oil into the blood stream.

3. I am a big advocate of training the muscle you injected into that day. It'll help disperse the oil from the muscle into the blood stream. In other words, try to time your glute injection on the day you train legs/glutes.
