Hey guys got some questions.
In my late 30's I ran an 6wk test prop cycle 75mg eod. Had amazing results. Went from 158lbs to 178lbs then dropped down and maintained 168lbs during my 6 month break off of test. I then went for a second cycle, this time the goal was 8 weeks of test prop 150mg eod stacking 25mg dbol ed for the first 4 weeks. Everything was going great but tore my rotator 4 weeks in and so I stopped training completely. Finally wanted to get back in the gym. I was honestly scared to lift again with my shoulder but I was finally starting to pick up that middle age body fat and didn't like the way i was looking. I ordered enough prop for a 8 wk cycle stacked with dbol for 4 weeks. But I also ordered a second cycle for future use but wanted to try enanthate for that one. For no good reason I decided after 4 weeks of prop I wanted to finish my cycle out with enanthate. 250mg 2xwk.
I have pinned that amount 5 times and I have lost all appetite since stopping the prop and actually feel like I'm losing some mass as well. I was still on the dbol for the first 2 weeks of the enanthate. I literally fell like I cut off all the test. I assumed that with the test prop already being loaded in my system I wouldn't really have to wait for the enanthate to kick in. It's this normal? The brands are the same so I don't think it's a quality issue. Anyone else ever did this? What was your experience?

Your test switch is not normal, but I've had clients do the same with no issues. I'm guessing its another part of your cycle we don't understand.
To really help you with a deep issue like this, we need to know more about you, makes sense?

easy! start a new thread with your cycle log journal, share your nutrition training supp use sleep and history and we can guide you as a big EVO family to help you with the switch and we can guide you the whole cycle, the log will take you 15-20min to put together.

Everything was going great but tore my rotator 4 weeks in and so I stopped training completely. Finally wanted to get back in the gym. I was honestly scared to lift again with my shoulder but I was finally starting to pick up that middle age body fat and didn't like the way i was looking. I ordered enough prop for a 8 wk cycle stacked with dbol for 4 weeks. But I also ordered a second cycle for future use but wanted to try enanthate for that one. For no good reason I decided after 4 weeks of prop I wanted to finish my cycle out with enanthate. 250mg 2xwk.
I have pinned that amount 5 times and I have lost all appetite since stopping the prop and actually feel like I'm losing some mass as well. I was still on the dbol for the first 2 weeks of the enanthate. I literally fell like I cut off all the test. I assumed that with the test prop already being loaded in my system I wouldn't really have to wait for the enanthate to kick in. It's this normal? The brands are the same so I don't think it's a quality issue. Anyone else ever did this? What was your experience?

Hey Bruce, Prop has a half life of around 2 days, meaning it leaves the body very quickly. Enanthate half life is 4.5 - 8 days meaning it takes a fair while to fully saturate around 6 weeks. Your only at 2.5 weeks, all the prop is gone after 12 days and the Enanthate hasn't kicked in yet.

1. get on tren now
2. get a log going
 
@BruceAllMighty I like Jim Carrey but hated the movie lol. but anyway back to serious business i also tore my rotator in my mid 30's. the severity of the injury makes all the difference. did you get an MRI done and check with a good ortho? they should tell you a plan on when you can hit the gym again. keep in mind with steroids they will increase the chance of reinjury
I opted against surgery and it's been 6 years since the injury. Took 6 months before I could lift my arm up to my chest. I watched a lot of YouTube videos for rehabilitating it. And I got it back to about 95%
I do feel it when lifting heavy bb bp. Slight burning sensation and generally if I start feeling it i back off of it. I hit the gym pretty heavy for 8 weeks before starting the cycle. Only feel it when I do BP. Oh and weighed dips

I'd recommend don't do tren but hey nothing ventured nothing gained

I would avoid any lift that bothers it. That’s what I’ve done. Also proper warm ups and post workout stretching is crucial

@BruceAllMighty you need to make sure you don't cause more damage to your shoulder. i would avoid overhead lifting or pulling. i would also recommend you are improving your mobility as you improve rapidly as that will cause more issues

i think the best thing you can do is put up a log. that will be the best thing for you to do.

this way we can keep track of how your shoulder does. you want to avoid anything that can stress it

Not AAS related but why did you stop completely. You had a good arm and 2 good legs. You're not just recovering that injured shoulder but all the lost mass. And, arguably, it mean quicker recovery of the injury too
Probably from the disappointment but i had a lot of other things I was dealing with also. 2 kids in private school and one in college at that time and I had just bought my business plus covid hit immediately after I bought it. A whole lot of stress. Literally closed the deal on the business in November and the entire world shut down in January.

Movie goes hard 😁 yeah shoulder injury no joke definitely take all the precautions, i had surgery and that was hell for a veey long time.

@BruceAllMighty I like Jim Carrey but hated the movie lol. but anyway back to serious business i also tore my rotator in my mid 30's. the severity of the injury makes all the difference. did you get an MRI done and check with a good ortho? they should tell you a plan on when you can hit the gym again. keep in mind with steroids they will increase the chance of reinjury

Yeah I'm new to this site so I'm learning you guys are big on logging. Going to set one up tomorrow.
I ordered Tren. Should be here next week. Never used it before. Was going to start off with 150mg 2xwk. As of now I'm doing the enanthate on Tuesday and Friday I was going to run the tren on Monday and Thursday unless someone recommends something better.
