What are some methods you use to keep injection site clear? My one buddy uses betadine but it makes such a mess will using alcohol be just as good?

i just use soap and water.

people are too paranoid over this.

Just use the small prepacked alcohol wipes h clean rubber stopper on vial b4 insertion. Use the same wipes to clean pinning site and wash your b4 u start process.

A bottle of rubbing alcohol and cotton balls. Easy and simple

You ever talk to anyone that actually got an infection from pinning gear? Not likely. There is a reason you never hear of heroine addicts dying of infection even though they use the same dirty needles over and over. Infection is very unlikely. Alcohol is more than enough.
