Hi guys.
This is a topic i thought i never was gonna get into but here it is... my partner and i are going through IVF and today i found out i have 0 sperm count which is expected since i been on test over 15 years now. I believe HCG/Clomid is what most of us uses to get fertile again. I'm not familiar with the protocol, is someone here that gone thru the process can share some insight with me? What are the dosages? can I ran it with my trt protocol of 120mg test e a week? How long do i run it for? And personal experience or stories are welcome.

15 years of TRT might take you some time to get some swimmers but definitely not impossible my brother.

Before going to deep into it let me break down what you said about HCG/Clomid.

HCG - mimics LH in your system (your body need LH, FSH and E2 to make sperms)

Clomid - Stimulate the brain’s LH and FSH signals (Pituitary), which helps restart natural testosterone and sperm production after suppression.

Two solid paths here brother:

Full PCT (stop TRT): HCG 500iu EOD + HMG 75iu 3x a week plus enclomiphene 50mg or Nolva 40mg daily for 2 weeks, then drop to Clomid 25mg or Nolva 20mg daily, test LH + FSH around the 8 week mark. Pro: pituitary restart so your balls do the work. Con: gains take a hit and fatigue creeps in if recovery is slow.

Stay on TRT + fertility stack: HCG 500iu EOD + HMG 75iu 3x a week running alongside your 120mg Test E a week. Pro: wellbeing holds steady. Con: longer-term spend and you need to watch E2 because HCG will push it up.

Option B is what I'm running right now with @Prymal and @Southern Cross Labs gear and my count went from 16M up to 82M in one spermatogenesis cycle 💪

And also @Cypher's baby bottle operation log is another solid read at https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...tle-operation-baby-cypher-baby-bottle.105563/

Also if you guys are doing ICSI you will only need about 10M sperms, drop me a DM if you want to bounce some ideas and why not.

Sorry I forgot to mention:

HMG - contains "natural" FSH and LH (short life) that directly stimulates the testes to restore testosterone and sperm production in PCT protocols after steroid cycles.

Also Clomid and TRT can't be used together (I validated that myself in my log) one cancels the other because clomid sends the signal to produce more LH/FSH but when you take T the brain thinks it already has enough T so don't need LH/FSH so it cancels the signal.

its a hard topic tbh @Jingajinga but I know @bss and @CypherOCE pushed this hard and tried to get kids after cycle.

how about you do IVF, are you saying you have literally 0 sperm???

Probably going to have to throw the kitchen sink at the issue and/or consider coming off TRT to see what can happen.

bros if you got 0 sperm mean your HPTA shutdown entirely. need to get a log going and have a plan in place, lots of clomid for sure

Sorry to hear about the zero sperm count but not surprising. It's important to understand that when you're on gear for 15 straight years, that's what's going to happen. It's really nothing surprising. I would be surprised if you had any sperm at all.

This is going to take some time man. It’s not impossible but it will be a struggle and have the odds against you.

Yeah honestly i never even thought about having kids till now, but life can take a different turn sometimes. I think at this point i will talk to an endo and see what the protocol is rather then doing my own thing as time isn't on our side, i am over 40 and my partner is close to 40. Also very bad timing as well, i am getting a shoulder joint replacement soon as well, i don't know how much this will hinder my recovery if i get off test completely.

Bros, being infertile is not the end of the world. Have you even looked into adopting children?

Not gonna lie to you man, a lot of people in your situation never are able to produce sperm again. That's why it's a good idea to get them frozen beforehand. In any event I think we should hit this hard.

lots of hmg, hcg, clomid, nolvadex, and herbals.

hCG - 1,000 IU three times a week
hMG - 150 IU three times a week

Test E - 75mg

I used this protocol with supps and was successful after 4 months. Went from not quite zero to well above average sperm levels.

I should note I used 100mg primo for 3 months as well and had no adverse affects from doing this to control the e2 symptoms from so much hCG.

The process was fairly straight forward but I hadnt been on for 15 years. Maybe closer to 3? but either way I had practically zero swimmers and what I did have wasn’t swimming lol 😂

It’s possibly to stay “on” and be successful and in your case it’s probably the best option since you’re pathways have been shut down for so long.

Clomid and Nolva did absolutely nothing for me when I tried to do a normal PCT upon return from a ten week holiday.

Either way, the long and short of the story is after 4 months my wife was pregnant, I had swimmers tested in December and they were all above average and her next fertile window she was pregnant.

Protocol definitely works if you want to know anything else or just need to chat send me a DM or tag me here 👍🏼

No. And here's why.

@stevesmi and I have covered this MULTIPLE times on the podcasts. As in how often we saw 'Joe' say he don't care about kids and then stays on. 10 years later 'Joe' changes his fkin mind. Again and again and again. And we see it monthly here

Coming off test makes little to no difference to the should recovery

Im also 40 bro, age is just a number you got time.

First of all, Thank you all the great insight and suggestions, i really appreciate the help. I will do my best to give this a proper try but end of the day some things are out of my hands, the damage is already done my partner understands that we may not able to have kids, only time will tell i guess.
Also thank you very much to both bss and CypherOCE for the logs. Its been very helpful!

you should log your recovery on EVO :D

Ill be the voice of optimism here.

Heaps of guys use PEDS for decades, come off, run a fert protocol and have success.

Some guys never touch PEDS and can't have kids.

You dont have a time machine, and we cant change whats been done, but we can move forward.

God willing brother, you WILL have your little bundle of joy.
