Hi bros, I would like to know if it makes sense to pin right after work out, I have some body building articles about people doing that way , they say the muscle is under hit and it absorbs better the compound, also it causes less tissue damage.

They time of day in which you pin is of no consequence.
 
I would rather say that it is best to inject before working out - that way the compound will get absorbed much better. Don't think that pinning after working out is a good idea, since the muscles won't be relaxed, and if they are not, you can damage them when doing the injection, or at least it will be more painful.

Absorption rates will not be affected. However, the question is asked as though either just before or just after is the only times allowed. That doesn't make sense either. Jab at any time. Once the gear is in, it's in. I, for one, wouldn't wanna train legs if I'd jabbed my quad before.
 
Honestly it makes no difference. When you pin IM it is going to get absorbed. There is no way around it......it is going to get into the blood stream.

You might get a slight placebo boost if you pin before training.
 
in terms of pure ease of injection it is better to inject a warm muscle vs. a cold muscle.. you probably will feel less

so injecting after a workout or hot shower is a good idea vs. injecting right when you wake up

but in terms of absorption is makes no difference.
 
If your prone to pip I would avoid pinning right before hand but as for after i can't see it making any difference try it and see what you think everyone is different

That makes no sense. I thought about this and discussed it down the gym. How much of an intramuscular jab will have leeched into the blood stream and made its way around the body... fractional at best.
 
The only esters that will have acute benefits pinned prior to training are no-esters. So, bases. TNE, tren base, etc.

Cyp, prop, enanthate, unde, etc will have no acute pre wo benefits.

Literally a drop of cheque drops might. But you don't need to pin that.

Good to know will start Pinning the day before now. Maybe it was more in the mind :)
