Hi everyone, I would like to know how many days you guys leave between shooting in your buttock when you are injecting more than 2 compounds,
I'm left handed and I can't reach my right gluteus so I was thinkin to rotate with delts, is that ok?

Steve's right, mix it up. Learn to stab yourself in the glutes, biceps, quads and pecs. And take the time to learn how to stab with either hand. That way, you'll have more targets to rotate and, therefore, you will develop far less scar tissue.

How hard can it be to inject in both glutes? If you already reach one, then you should definitely be able to reach the other one as well....anyhow, you need to rotate the spots in order to avoid scar tissue from being created. There are a lot of different spots, and if you are not injecting all too much, then you can inject almost anywhere you want to.

This. I'm right handed but I can use either hand. Side of the quads is ok too.

Personally rotate from glutes to delts.. I made a rookie mistake early days injecting the same sight too frequently! Scar tissue build up was terrible!

Are you mixing the compounds and only shooting once, or are you pinning the same spot twice with different compounds? The former is just fine to do, the latter is useless and will only develops scare tissue and be more painful.

Otherwise just learn to rotate like the guys suggest. I heard quads arnt painful, and easy to get to obviously. I was planning on glutes and quads when I start my cycle to give myself a week in between sites.

Last question, how much (in ml/cc) are you injecting? Some muscles can't hold as much oil.

I rotate between delts, quads and glutes.

Glutes are my favourite, and quads have to be the most painful. Worst mistake was injecting 3mls in my quad for my first ever quad injection. Couldn't walk for a week lol.
Back in the Young dumb days.
