Intro to evo.

Hello evo.
I've been on the evo sight for about a month now. I've asked a few questions to get the fell of how things worked on this site. I haven't fully introduced myself yet. I'm 28 years old. Im about 6ft. My current weight is 230. I couldn't tell you what my body fat is. Ive been working out off and on since i was about 14. I've been working out really hard the last 3 years tho. Ive come a long way in the last 3 years tho from weighing 290 lbs to what I've made myself into today. I've learned a lot and plan learning a lot more from you guys here at evo.
 
I got to thinking my last post wasn't negative towards girl scouts. they work hard at what they do it was just a comparison. just saying its hard to do what u done. girl scouts are hard workers to I buy their cookies all the time.

It's just going to be a basic test cycle. 500mg a week for ten weeks. Just to get my feet wet. I've don two prhormone stacks ( super trenebol and Super Dmz 2.0)
 
OK. So I've got my cycle planned out.
Weeks:1-10. 500 mg of test E split into two shots Mon. And Thurs. My ai will be adex .25 ed. Making it easier to remember than eod.
PCT: Will be Blackstone labs PCT IV (tetraplexx) for 4 weeks. Carderine at 10 mg ed for 7 weeks. Ostarine at 24mg the first 4 weeks because Pct IV has it in it. Then I'm going to do 3 more weeks at 25 mg ed for a total of 7 weeks. On week 13-15 clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5. Nolva 40/20/20/20/10.

Could I switch from adex to aromasin during cycle since I already have the adex and it might take a couple of days to get it.
 
Day 1 of my cycle. Got my pins today. I ordered 3ml but got 1ml so it was sort of hard for me my first injection. It took me a minute to fill the 1ml syringe all the way up because the plunger wouldn't go much past 1ml. As for the injection I did it in my right qaud it didn't really hurt. It was actually pretty smooth. Today was legs, shoulders and abs and my quads didn't really give me that much trouble after I pin,d. Surprisingly cause I worked them out right after the injection. A plus on top of all of this I got blood work done this morning for free cause it was my annual physical check up so I'll know what my numbers where before I began this cycle and what they should be at the end. I'm probably going to get them halfway through to see how good the test E is.
 
Day 2. My leg a lil sore from my first injection but not to bad took y'all advice and rubbed it out. Today was cardio day. So I was going to run on the treadmill but decide to just do burpees. It gives my whole body exercise plus it works on the cardiovascular system when you don't take no breaks. I got 250 in about 30 minutes not to bad since I haven't done any in about 5 months or any cardio in about. That time. I'm going to make the best out of this first cycle and really push myself.
 
Day 3 Got out of bed this morning felling good as F***. I don't know if the test is starting to kick in a lil bit or if it was cause I haven't done any cardio in like 5 months.
 
Today was chest, bi, and forearms. It was pretty decent workout. I haven't felt any better pumps then normal. My skin starting to get oily, tho. Im ready to start feeling the test. I probably should have used a kick start.

Day 4 : Today was my 2nd shot. I did it in my left thigh it wasn't as bad as the right on though. I don't know what good test is but this pretty smooth going in don't burn or anything.

Test E is usually pretty smooth. From what I've heard it's the Test Prop that gives some people a problem.

For me my left quad is always smoother than my right.

I'm thinking about throwing in some carderine and run it with the test. To maybe slim down a little bit and maybe to help out cardio. What do you think bros.
 
Did a little cardio today. Another 250 burpees. They really help to carve me up and maybe with the test it will make things go a little faster.

Sarm will definitely help bro... I'll recommend it
 
Day #5: Today was Back , tris and abs. Got a pretty good workout in. I'm a little stronger did a about three extra reps per set today. My skin starting to get a little oily. I really ain't had no increase in libido yet. My appetite starting to pick up. Woke up last night hungry as a grizzly bear. I even after drinking a protein shake before bed. Hopefully this appetite doesn't make me gain a lot of fat but my diet is pretty clean though.
 
Day#5 Today was Back tris and abs. My strength has increased a little. I did at least three more reps per set. My appetite is starting to increase as well. I woke up in the middle of the night hungry as hell even after a protein shake right before bed.

20mg/day would be a good dosage. 10mg in the AM and 10mg in the PM.

I actually dropped to about 190. Then ran two ph cycles and went up to 230. I'm hoping I get just as good results off this test cycle.

Day#6 Rest day/family time.nothing really changing. I ordered on bottle of carderine should be here Wednesday. Be using 10mg morning and 10mg preworkout.
 
Day#7 It was my third pin so far. The injections are getting easier. Pinned right quad no sore at all. Today was Chest, Tri's and Delts. Shoulder started hurting on my second set. Don't know if I'm taking to much Ai cause I've read it will make your joints dry. Any advice on that. I'm only running .5mg of adex but other than that good workout today.

Day #8. I've been sweating alot more. Sweated all night last night. Today was cardio couldn't make it to the gym so I did 250 more burpees. Good day tho waiting for the test E to really take effect.

Checked on the tracking on my gw it should be here Thursday. I'm hoping it doesn't take long to kick in. Hopefully I feel the effects right away.
 
Day#9 Today was Bi, Back and forearms. Good workout strenght increasing. My left shoulder still hurting just when I lift. Mainly upright rows. Any other workout I could do to take over the upright row?

Day# 10 It was my 4 pin today. Got my carderine in today. Did 10mg this morning going to do 10mg right before my burpees. I wasn't prepared for the bad taste tho.

Day #11 killed my legs out today. Qauds hams and calves. I like the gw. It was a good thing to add to the cycle even tho its only second day on it. After my leg workout I did a fast pace walk on the tread mill for 30 min to loosin out my legs. I've been doing this after every workout session.
 
I got a question today was the 3rd day of my gw dose and I got the shits. I don't know if this is a side or maybe it was something I ate
 
I don't think the animation went through, but if you've seen Van Wilder you know which scene that is.

I'm willing to bet it's just something you ate or a combination of the two.

Day# 12 The gw seems to be helping my endurance out tho.I can tell it was leg day yesterday. I'm sore as shit can barely get around.been taking in as much protein and bcaa to help the recovery process.

Try out iSatori's Bio-Gro. I mix it into my protein shakes or in a cup of yogurt. It seems to really help me with recovery. Especially prior to using AAS.

Day #13 Still a little sore from legs. Woke up this morning with nips feeling weird( not really hurting) and face a little puff so I took another half adex. I will probably start doing .5 mg ed now. I want have enough adex if I do it everyday so I'm going to order some asin this week and maybe it will be a little stronger than the adex.
 
It is stronger for sure. Ever since I switched I haven't had any issues.

Actually I think "stronger" isn't the right word for it. I think it's just more effective than anything.

Day#14 It was my fifth pin beginning my 3rd week of the cycle. Injections are super easy now. I guess I'm getting the hang of it. I worked Chest tris and shoulders today. It was a great workout. Strength is still continuing to climb. My shoulder was causing problems today but still got my sets in tho. I had to switch to .5 adex ed. I'm thinking it might be the adex drying my joints out. I've been taking joint support from the beginning of the cycle.

Does asin dry your joints out?
 
I haven't had dry joints ever since switching. Adex was making my knees hurt, but since I switched to the liquid aromasin I haven't had problems. I'm beginning to think this is some kind of miracle cure. Lol

Question My bloods said my glucose was 101 will the GW help this or hurt it. I know it does something with insulin?
 
Day#15 joints still grinding and shit. So I'm going to order some asin to see if that changes anything. Today I put in 250 more burpees for my cardio. I'm starting to put on some weight hopefully muscle and not water. I've been eating super clean. I eat a protein bad for breakfast, for lunch I eat about 2.5 cans of tuna fish fully fixed w/ eggs and pickles low fat mircle

Whip. Then at my 1:30 break at work I eat another protein bar. Then when I get home I drink a bcaa right before my cardio. Then immediately after cardio a 1 scoop protein shake. For supper I'm going to have chicken breast 2 to 3 depends on how much I can get down plus broccoli and greens.
 
Day# 16 another day in the gym biceps back and forearms. All in all good workout. Strength increasing ever day. My endurance is through the roof to. I have still yet to get those skin busting pump's tho. The way everyone talked about the pumps maybe it's still to early but when I did my 4 week mini cycle of stanozol my pumps where alot more intense.

I'm back to eod day on my adex and its helped out with my joints. I was a little scared cause my nips felt weird so I bumped the dose to ed but it was just all in my mind. But so far everything is going great. Really starting to see the changes in the mirror not much on the scale but I have been limiting my carbs.
 
Day#17 6th pin. Everything is great. Mood is good. Did alittle cardio today 250 more burpes. Starting to see my abs a little more.

I'm staying hungry all the time. I can eat a big meal when I get home from work and two hours later hungry again. I've been eating clean not alot of carbs because I don't want to put on alot of excess fat. I've got carderine in the mix but I'm not how sure it is about keeping fat off. But I do some kind of cardio everyday.
 
Awesome day at the gym. Leg days suck but you got to work them in. The main reason the suck is I got a bad knee and it hurts on sqauts. The deadlifts aren't as bad. But working through the pain.

After the workout brisk walk on the treadmill for 30 mins to cool my legs down maybe work a little sore ness out.
