Hello everyone,

I thought I'd go ahead and get the intro out of the way. I'm 36 and getting back into lifting after a 6 year layoff. I've done a lot of reading about AAS over the last couple of months and have lurked on several boards. Decided to settle here. Anyways, glad to a part of Evo.

Oh yeah, I know everyone likes stats so -

Age: 36
Height: 5'11
Weight: 187.
BF%: Not sure but I'm guessing 16-18%.

Welcome brother you have chosen wisely, This place rocks!

You might want get your exact BF percent down, its a great way to track progress, other then mirror. If you have a gym membership just ask one of the trainers to do it for you. I do it for members all the time. I enjoy seeing ppl getting in shape and making progress. Just make sure you have a trainer that know what he is doing and uses calipers not that dang scale where you take your socks of and it prints out a receipt of your stats, that thing is a joke
