been lifting since high school football started just starting to into it a little more seriously.
i have a group of friends that all run gear and have since they were to young to lol
there the type that more is better.

towards the beginning of 2016 I'm thinking about running a cycle and was curious to wether anyone
had any opinions on if its better to start with intentions to bulk or cut?

Learn everything you can about lifting properly and nutrition. Once you have proven to yourself that this endeavor is something worth being "very serious" about, and you have proven to yourself that you can put 10 lbs of muscle on your frame naturally over a year of serious training and EATING, then start researching cycles. At that time you might be 180 lbs, perhaps down to 10% BF. Based of your description of your friends, I would look elsewhere for advice. Welcome, this board is an excellent resource.

Like I've always said, get to your max potential first before you start running any gear. Also make sure that it is what you want to do and take the right gear for your goals that you're wanting to reach!! It is not a magic potion either, your training and dieting should be great as well.

Think Lean Bulk ~ you want to Add Weight without All the Bloat and Fat.......................................... JP

Welcome to the EVO community!

Regarding your question, I would try to get lean first - the rest of the work to do will be easier when you are ripped.

Welcome to Evo, Best of luck to you in whatever you decide to do. When your lean and cut then incorporate aas it is much more satisfying

It is very easy to do both, especially with your first cycle.

Eat clean, train HARD and incorporate 3-4 days of cardio per week into your training routine. You can very easily build muscle while simultaneously loosing body fat with a perfect diet and training protocol. Give this article I wrote a read. There is a full sample meal plan included. http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/...n-program-article-trevor-kouritzin-32850.html

Keep your first cycle simple:

weeks 1 - 12
testosterone 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg EOD

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

Your definitely far from the typical natural potential. Id say hit this year hard with basic supplementation and when you are ready start with SARMS. Then maybe 3-4 years you will be ready for AAS. Nothing to **** into man.

Welcome to EVO - I'm with Dallas, start with SARMS (maybe the cutting stack). Improve the diet, work hard then think about the cycle that Muskate posted up. Keep it simple!
