Hey guys, first post on the site. 26 M, been lifting for 3 years straight but off and on since highschool. Never really got a grasp on the science of it all until here recently, so I've always been the smaller guy in the gym but had good strength gains. I joined to check out some of the community knowledge about PEs. Plenty on here. Preciate any advice to see gains in size.

Welcome friend! Hope you enjoy this place as much as I have! everybody here is really knowledgeable. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for!

5'11", 190#, around 16%. My goals are to get bigger and more defined. Like I said I've been lifting for a while now and haven't seen sig gains in my arms and chest and abs. But have been getting stronger. I've been trying to cut what little fat I have around my lower stomach to get my abs to show thru. I'm not real sure how to do it though, right now I'm eating lean protein above the 4000cal range and lifting 4 days a week with some cardio in my workouts.

OK, you would want to get that BF% down before you start any cycle.
This way, the risk of Side Effects are less and the outcome will be much better.
I have a suggestion to help in this.
Try this site to track what you eat, it'll give the Breakdown, and also monitor Salt & Sugar Intake.
They will also send you Recipes and quite a few other things.
And they even have a Smartphone App, which makes it more convenient to use.............................. JP

Welcome from Canada eh. Glad to have you here.

you are at the age where its time to get serious.. the best gains are in the late 20's early 30's

I agree completely with this. I just turned 22 and I have noticed a huge difference in how much body responds compared to when I was 18.

I agree with JP that you are going to want to get your body fat down to the 10-12% area before starting any cycle. Read this article I wrote on developing a lean mass/muscle gain diet and training protocol:
