Nah. Just go like right delt then next inject left delt then left glute then right quad then left quad then back to the original spot. That's what I do.

So ur about 2.5 degrees above normal. If ur temp hits 103 go to the emergency room. 100 deg not a biggy.

Here guys. Don't mind the redness above my ass on my back area i just took off the icy got patch I had on it and as you can see the entire area above my crack is swolen as fuck and filled with fluid. Ugliest ass of the year award goes to me lol I took the best pic I could but it's hard when you're in a lot of pain lol

Doesn't look like infection. Virgin muscle to me alternate heat and cold compresses and do squats. And dead lifts.

I can barely bend over to take a shit lol squatting is out of the question for a little, maybe I'll try deadlifts. the only thing that freaked me out was the extreme amount of fluid build up right above my ass. Took a 600mg ibuprofen and a tramadol now I feel like Zeus again.

You could've nicked a vein deep and it's a hematoma but hasn't gotten to the surface to show the eccymosis. If it starts to develop and continues to grow get it looked at. Until then lay off the site for a few weeks.

Yes I did aspirate. No blood was leaking into the tube but when I pulled out there was tiny droplets of blood just chilling in the area right under the needle
