@Cramps Looking strong! Great to see you're consistent with your supplements and TRT. The ULPPL split is a good way to hit each muscle group twice a week. How's your progress feeling?

Progress is feeling good. Definitely seeing more vascularity since I upped my water intake. Down almost 20 lbs so definition is getting better. Shoulders are a bit tender (front delts) so I’m being careful on chest days, not going too heavy. Still repping 315 lbs on incline barbell, which doesn’t seem to bother them. Did decline yesterday and it didn’t feel good, so I’m just staying relatively safe and light (going for volume). Already had surgery on left shoulder a few years back, so I don’t want to destroy it again.

Hey all, just an update here. Got some of my bloodwork labs back today. Sharing to see what your thoughts are. Total test is at 897 which I am happy with. Just want normal levels. My free test is a bit high, are there any concerns with that?

I also noticed that my CBC results have high rbc and hematocrit so I will be donating blood again in mid May (soonest I am allowed to). Any thoughts here

Diet, supps, water intake, and sleep are all the same. No changes over past month.

Thanks in advance for your comments!

@Cramps I think you need to modify your diet looks at your blood work bro and you need organ liver support like n2guard ed to detox the kidneys

@Cramps Back off a little bit on your trt dose. Drop it. Maybe 20 or 25 mg.
