Hi all. Would appreciate thoughts on my first cycle. I’ve done a decent amount of research but I figure that you might be able to steer me in the right direction.

Stats:
  • Age: 31
  • Height: 6’3” (190 cm)
  • Weight: 163 lbs (74 kg)
  • Body Type: Naturally extremely lean/skinny
Diet & Habits:
  • Eating clean with a daily intake of ~3,000 calories and ~160g of protein
  • Only real vice is 3–4 glasses of wine per week
Training Background:
  • Currently lifting 5 days per week. 4 days heavy, 1 day light. If my body has recovered well I’ll do a 6th day as a 5 mile/8 km run
  • One year of weight training experience
  • Prior to that, I spent 12 years as a competitive long-distance runner (marathon focus)
Recovery & Lifestyle:
  • Consistent 8 hours of quality sleep per night
  • Recovery feels solid
Current Supplement:
  • 120mg Test Cypionate weekly (split into two injections)
  • 20mg MK-677 daily
  • 300mcg BPC-157 daily
  • Fish oil, iron, calcium, multivitamin
Recent Bloodwork:
  • Free Testosterone: 1100
  • Total Testosterone: 44
  • Estradiol: 166
Goals:

My primary goal is lean gains. I’ve always struggled to gain and maintain weight, so bulking might not be too effective

Cycle Idea:

I’m considering increasing my testosterone to 400mg/week and adding Masteron at 300mg/week.

Questions:
  • Is this a sensible approach given my stats and goals?
  • Do you have any other suggestions?

you won't go wrong with this setup. make sure you get your pics up. you can always make adjustments as you go

700mgs a week is pretty good. can you put up pics so we can get a good number on your body fat? that would help a lot!

bloodwork looks strong. seems like a good trt setup. you get 8 hours of sleep you will recover nicely!
