@Cramps You might not feel that the estrogen is causing an issue, but what goes on in your body, a lot of times you're not going to be able to feel like you can't feel cancer.
@Cramps In the old days, we didn't even have anything to help with estrogen. So there's no excuse why you should have this come up. You have everything at your disposal.
@Cramps Yeah, your estrogen is definitely running really hot. The problem is estrogen side effects. Can come on strong before you know it and you not be able to control it in time.
Depends everyone is different and reacts differently, do you have any signs of gyno in the breast tissue or have erectile dysfunction issues ? Moody ? Irritated etc ? If you have no problems or signs/symptoms then you should be alright.
I know for me i dont try and go above 50-60 for estrogen but like staying between 20-35 for estrogen if possible.
@Cramps just get on some aromasin. 12.5 mgs eod and it will help a lot.
Hey guys, just posting an update. Had recent bloodwork done on 6/26/2025, results posted below. As my estrogen was hot in previous test I dropped my trt dose to 80mg per week. Looks like it is helping to bring down my estrogen but also dropped my total testosterone into the 400’s. I will be upping my dose to 90mg a will to try and find that sweet spot. Not trying to blast anything just want to get my total t into the 6-700’s. Curious to your thoughts on my bloodwork numbers.
I took HC Generate for a month to try and regrow my nuts, lol. It did help with the right testicle but the left didn’t come back to life. Haha.
All other specs (diet, vitamins, supps, water intake, exercise, etc. ) are the same. No changes.

2 months no updates is not good.Your estrogen is way too high, you shouldn't mod your TRT dose, keep it at 125mgs/week and add aromasin 6.25mgs 2x/week.
For HCGenerate, you need to run it 8 weeks, did you run it whole 8 weeks? for the ball plumping
And recovery can be big time related to food training, can you share it more? we are here for you but start sharing please.
yeah dude i hear ya on the nuts. you can run hcgenerate again, run another bottle and the nuts will keep coming back. @Cramps it will also help with cholesterol and other stuff too

you won't grow your balls completely since you are on TRT @Cramps but yeah the hcgenerate will help them grow as much as possible all things considered. it does a lot of other stuff in the body too
@Cramps well there are a few things that are off. i've seen much worse bloods. maybe try the new trt dose and then try again in 8 weeks and see where things are at

Hey all, just wanted to resurface the N2Generate question before I order some. I was reading that if you are on trt that it shuts down the receptors needed for the ingredients in N2G so the N2G will not do anything. Is it a waste of money to start N2Generate while on trt? Thanks for the support.
