I am in for sure this will be a fun one to follow

Thanks guys. Yes I will update with photos every 1-2 weeks. So do you think I should go donate blood to help knock those blood numbers down? Additional bloodwork attached below. Estrogen was not tested (not sure why my provider did not include that test)

Other supplements include:
  • Creatine 5g a day
  • Fish oil daily
  • Glucosamine daily
  • Pygeum daily
  • Men’s multivitamin daily
  • Lipotor Rx for cholesterol
  • Current pre workout is BUM sour watermelon
Workouts range with exercises, meaning I don’t stick to the same exact exercises each session. But some of the main general exercises and my repping weight are below:
  • Barbell bench = 325 lbs averaging 3-4 sets of ten to 12 reps
  • Squat = 405 usually can hit 10 reps for three sets. I have a bad back from college football so squats are a challenge. I can currently rep 1200 lbs on leg press.
  • Deadlift 495, same as above
Diet is not fully locked in. Two late teen children in club sports so strict dieting is not practical all the time due to tournaments and travel. I do try to get at least 220 grams of protein each day, combo of liquid and solid.

Sleep is good, generally 7-8 hours a night.

Was heavy into strength training for football through college but when my kids were young I fell off for about 10 years. Have been getting back into shape for the last three years. I will update my body fat percentage and other info once I get measured this week at my gym.

I don’t see why it’s necessary but it would help a bit. Getting fresh blood in naturally always good.

I suggest you request the test @Cramps

We don’t have to do strict, let’s start at least seeing other ratios and foods to dial up your results and health.

Excited to see what kind of changes you can do.

One of the things I'd recommend is increase your cardio. Remember your heart is a muscle as well.

You have some strong lifts. I get it with the children. And how the diet can be affected, but maybe show them how it's done.

Bros. That's good. That you get good sleep.

That's important. Gonna help you improve.

It's always a good idea to donate blood regardless. It helps you and it helps your community.

Your supplement list is pretty good, but I would add some support supplements.

things like tudca will be good

Keep an eye on your glucose.

You don't want it to ease up closer to 100.

You got a good base to work with.

From here, you really have to dial things in further. So let's definitely do this.

Wow, it's hard to believe you're 275 lbs.

You look very lean. So it must be a lot of muscle.
Yeah, 3 weeks ago I was actually 284 lbs. when I started lifting seriously about 3.5 years ago I was 258 and since lifting I have lost 1.5 waist sizes in my pants and still gained scale weight up to 284. Just weighed in today at 270, so my healthy eating and water consumption is helping to lean me out.
