  • Started on Testosterone topical cream. 11/5/2024. Used for only 1 month.

  • Early Feb 2025, switched to self TRT.
  • 2/9/2025 switched to test Enanthate via Geneza labs. Upped to 200mg per week.

Thanks guys. Yes I will update with photos every 1-2 weeks. So do you think I should go donate blood to help knock those blood numbers down? Additional bloodwork attached below. Estrogen was not tested (not sure why my provider did not include that test)

Other supplements include:
  • Creatine 5g a day
  • Fish oil daily
  • Glucosamine daily
  • Pygeum daily
  • Men’s multivitamin daily
  • Lipotor Rx for cholesterol
  • Current pre workout is BUM sour watermelon
Workouts range with exercises, meaning I don’t stick to the same exact exercises each session. But some of the main general exercises and my repping weight are below:
  • Barbell bench = 325 lbs averaging 3-4 sets of ten to 12 reps
  • Squat = 405 usually can hit 10 reps for three sets. I have a bad back from college football so squats are a challenge. I can currently rep 1200 lbs on leg press.
  • Deadlift 495, same as above
Diet is not fully locked in. Two late teen children in club sports so strict dieting is not practical all the time due to tournaments and travel. I do try to get at least 220 grams of protein each day, combo of liquid and solid.

Sleep is good, generally 7-8 hours a night.

Was heavy into strength training for football through college but when my kids were young I fell off for about 10 years. Have been getting back into shape for the last three years. I will update my body fat percentage and other info once I get measured this week at my gym.

I don’t see why it’s necessary but it would help a bit. Getting fresh blood in naturally always good.

I suggest you request the test @Cramps

We don’t have to do strict, let’s start at least seeing other ratios and foods to dial up your results and health.

Wow, it's hard to believe you're 275 lbs.

You look very lean. So it must be a lot of muscle.

Excited to see what kind of changes you can do.

One of the things I'd recommend is increase your cardio. Remember your heart is a muscle as well.

Your supplement list is pretty good, but I would add some support supplements.

things like tudca will be good

Keep an eye on your glucose.

You don't want it to ease up closer to 100.

You got a good base to work with.

From here, you really have to dial things in further. So let's definitely do this.

Yeah, 3 weeks ago I was actually 284 lbs. when I started lifting seriously about 3.5 years ago I was 258 and since lifting I have lost 1.5 waist sizes in my pants and still gained scale weight up to 284. Just weighed in today at 270, so my healthy eating and water consumption is helping to lean me out.

Great base

Hey guys, do you know if HCGenerate is safe to take along with my normal 100mg testosterone weekly? Unfortunately my nuts are shrinking quite a bit and I want them back 😆
@Cramps actually thats what hcgenerate was made for plumping balls on cycle and PCT, as far as I know those are the 2 uses. I've tried both myself and had clients try, for sure your balls get bigger lol ironic I know. I would take 5 caps ED split 3 caps am with food 2 caps pm with food. So for sure start it up. https://www.hcgenerate.com

@Cramps very nice start man. You’re a big dude with impressive stats.

yeah do 5 caps of hcgenerate, its a good one

Good start to this log. The numbers look really promising.

Very nice job. Getting your blood work up right off the bat.

That will come in handy as we go along.

Your supplement list, looks pretty good.
Just keep an eye on some of your blood markers, make sure they normalize, especially when you're off cycle.

n2guard has tudca already in it.

if you can get that it would be your best option

yes use hcgenerate. it will plump up your balls within a week.

you won't go wrong with any n2bm products.
and you can buy n2guard and hcgenerate from ebay now too.

Thanks for all the replies and support.

1- I was reading something that said tudca can mess with any statins (in my case Lipitor) that you are taking. Just want to be really safe so that I don’t diminish the effects of the Lipitor as I have had genetically bad cholesterol since I was an early teen. Not sure if that is accurate.

2- I will give HCGenerate a try, thanks

3- donating blood tomorrow.

4- updated photo (quality is bad sorry). It was push day today. Drank little over 4L of water today. Weighed in at 268 lbs.

@Cramps absolutely it’s safe. That’s the best way to use it!

tudca wont mess with statins bro unless you take the n2guard same 5min with it, space it 2 hours apart and no issues @Cramps
2 try it hcgenerate solid

Don't take with test

Conflicting info here. Some say it’s safe others say don’t take together????
There is no conflict, I've written actual articles on n2guard, you just need to space the n2guard 2 hours with your meds. Wont be an issue at all.
And you're reading about OLD n2guard with NAC, new one doesn't have it.

@Cramps Looking strong! Great to see you're consistent with your supplements and TRT. The ULPPL split is a good way to hit each muscle group twice a week. How's your progress feeling?
Progress is feeling good. Definitely seeing more vascularity since I upped my water intake. Down almost 20 lbs so definition is getting better. Shoulders are a bit tender (front delts) so I’m being careful on chest days, not going too heavy. Still repping 315 lbs on incline barbell, which doesn’t seem to bother them. Did decline yesterday and it didn’t feel good, so I’m just staying relatively safe and light (going for volume). Already had surgery on left shoulder a few years back, so I don’t want to destroy it again.

Hey all, just an update here. Got some of my bloodwork labs back today. Sharing to see what your thoughts are. Total test is at 897 which I am happy with. Just want normal levels. My free test is a bit high, are there any concerns with that?

I also noticed that my CBC results have high rbc and hematocrit so I will be donating blood again in mid May (soonest I am allowed to). Any thoughts here

Diet, supps, water intake, and sleep are all the same. No changes over past month.

Thanks in advance for your comments!

@Cramps bro do sports trt. push it more. you should see my bloods they 100x worse then you and so what.
You only live once. Look at monstro for example, he lived a life of a champion.

More importantly how do you feel with this rbc and hematocrit. Your levels are pretty much identical to mine, maybe slightly lower and according to my lab it's still within reference range. Donating blood will help but the levels will bounce right back up again.

@Cramps Some of the blood work is off, but it's nothing too dire, just make sure you donate blood and adjust your trt a bit. It's that will make a difference.

@Cramps testosterone levels are strong, but your free test is way out of the ball park which is great. means your body is using that test to its advantage

Looks pretty normal for what you are doing and for someone that trains hard. You can lower the test dose slightly and see where that puts you but I don't think your numbers are alarming by any means.

@Cramps It's great you're sharing your bloodwork! A total testosterone of 897 is within a healthy range for many, and you're right to be pleased with that. Regarding your slightly elevated free testosterone, this isn't necessarily a major concern in itself, but it's worth keeping an eye on, especially in conjunction with your high RBC and hematocrit.

@Cramps it’s not bad over all. The comment of n2guard and dropping the trt dose a bit will definitely help.

Nice work on bloods

Thanks for the advice and comments everyone! I will be dropping trt dose just a little to see how that works. Will post an update in the coming weeks. Thanks again
How about you update us this week with training nutrition so we can see how you are doing and adjust. @Cramps

Hey guys if I am on trt and trying to really dial in my testosterone numbers, will taking HCgenerate bump my testosterone up even more? (I’m hoping the answer is no). Also, if I am just trying to recover from ball shrinkage how long should I take HCGenerate? The bottle lasts 30 days, will that be enough? Thanks, sorry to bring up ball shrinkage again.

hcgenerate will help plump your balls bro but if you on TRT it wont boost your T numbers much, if at all, but will help modulate other hormones @Cramps , when i used it and had clients us it i wasnt a believer until i got plump balls LOL, for for 8 week cycle with it 2 bottles

Ok that’s good to know thanks for the feedback. I ordered a bottle today.

Also just got my last bloodwork results for Estradiol today. It was at 73. See below. With my total testosterone at 897 and my free testosterone at 248, is the Estradiol bad to be at 73? Does this indicate I should be on an AI to bring the number down. And if so, how much AI should I take. Are there any special callouts for using an AI?

Thank you

Also just got my last bloodwork results for Estradiol today. It was at 73. See below. With my total testosterone at 897 and my free testosterone at 248, is the Estradiol bad to be at 73? Does this indicate I should be on an AI to bring the number down. And if so, how much AI should I take. Are there any special callouts for using an AI?

Thank you

@Cramps 72 is VERY high! You estrogen should be around 15 for best range, you need to start using aromasin 12.5mgs EOD.

But you need to start sharing diet and training more too, it might be impacting this number as well.

@Cramps There are many problems with having estrogen High. For one, you can end up with gynecomastia. You can also end up spiking your blood pressure and also doing things like increasing your cancer risk.

Is aromasin prescription? Or do I have to get from a UGL? Funny thing is that I don’t have any negative side affects at the moment. I also lowered my dose shortly after I had this bloodwork done so I bet the number has gone down quite a bit. I wonder if the test was fouled.

You can likely get an Ai prescription, but why not just get it UGL? easier to just do self-TRT.
@Cramps negative side effects from estrogen are not always external, they can be internal and can cause organ brain issues.
