Current on ABC, 6x/week: chest+shoulder+triceps/ back+bic/ Legs. Maximum 90min of training/day, and 10sets per muscle.No cardio

In an aggressive cutting, 1500kcal/day: 40% carbs, 45% ptn, 15% fat, in 3 main meals + 3 small ones.

250mg T + 50mg Deca per week (since July 2024).

Weight on March 2nd: 253lbs (-18lbs).

Next steps: Include cardio, masteron, and cycle carbs.

Goal: 210lbs

@Saboya welcome to the EVO family bro ;) give share, test and deca is a nice cycle but masteron and test will shred you but but carbs/training/cardio will be key.

6 meals for a cut? i don't get that man. try consolidate things into 2 meals per day only in a time restricted window

So far, I like what you're doing. On that end.

Six times a week, a training is no joke. You definitely burning some solid calories.
 
You really need to implement some fasting as well.

its a healthy way to get that body fat down.
