Practice your injection technique and if occurs every time you pin then it could be a
issue with the gear possible reaction to the carrier oil or over dosed batch and needs to be cut with some sterile oil.
What kind of gear?
You could also be experienceing test flu if this is your first cycle as far as the symptoms go.

They'll feel like hard bumps, this is another indication of an immune response. Go to the doctor, either way. Curious, how long was your needle and bf%?

I did do that so that's why I'm wondering why this happened because I always wipe down the vial and my ass with rubbing alc thoroughly before I inject

Don't know where it's from my friend got it for me but it has a wasp or fly logo on it. I just checked my ass and the area I injected (upper left outside of glute) is still rock hard but the thing that is scaring me is the area right above my crack is so fucking swolen and when I push down on it I feel like tbere is fluid inside.

Just very slightly red, and no I doubt it I just feel like shit in the mornings, and my body has always been hot since I started my cycle. I feel fine now my lower back right above my ass is just so god damn swollen
