Yeah you are absolutely right, the main side effect that comes to mind is definitely discomfort, too high a dose after a big meal and it feels like you have a 40kg dumbbell in your stomach, always start small kids!

I agree 100%. Every journey has to begin somewhere, and he's making great progress—it’s still early days, but im definitely rooting for him, and it's fantastic that he agreed to create that log so we can all follow along with him.
