semaglutide dosing need help

so I got a vial of semaglutide and it comes in a vial with white powdery stuff
I want to run 1mg a week. Does this mean I should mix up the bac water into the powder and then use it from there? How do I know if the stuff is still potent or not. Will it go bad over time or will I be okay? I’m looking to lose about 25lbs. I’m 210lbs and 5’5’’

Starting dose is .25mg for the first 4 weeks then .5mg for 4 weeks and then 1mg after that.

0.25mgs ed is a better micro dose than weekly doses.

Don't make it too complicated. Start at a quarter milligram a week and then work your way from there.

i would switch to retatrutide

It's well tolerated at a higher dose but those studies were from very obese people. You don't need to run that much.
