I wasn't planning on logging this but my results have been so incredible the past couple of days, I couldn't resist reporting it. Here's some background:

I finished a cycle of test/eq/var and ended the cycle at 238 13%. A month before the cycle ended, I also started using ghrp-6/mod grf and ibutamoren which I would continue into my pct/bridge.

I bought some sarms from a different company than normal and started running their ostarine in pct. Turns out it was s4 lol. I was either ripped off or these guys are clueless about what they're selling. This was actually common when sarms companies started surfacing but you don't see it as much now. The vision sides hit me within days and I started backing the dose down to see if it really was the "ostarine" and the sides started improving. I discontinued it immediately. Thank god sarms1 popped up right around this time and within a few days, I placed an order and it arrived lightening fast and I started the ostarine. My weight had dropped to 233-234 around this time. I lost some strength in the gym too obviously.

I threw the s4 and gw in last week to begin the triple stack and HOLY F I'm burning up. I don't even wear jackets in the 30-40 deg. F weather outside and my windows stay open in the house all day. The thermogenic effects I'm having are crazy. Yesterday, I destroyed my on cycle PR's with energy to spare. My muscles would not tire at all! I'm being dead serious. It was the best Chest/tri workout I've ever had. 30 secs after a set I'd get back on the bench for more. I kept adding weight and still was smashing out the reps I was hitting last week. Weight is also back to 238-239 (bulking phase) and I feel incredible! More to come...

good to hear man. yeah, confusing s4 and osta could be an interesting lil deal there.....good for the sides coming so you knew what you were running.

I swear, ive tried to save money on cheaper companies osta and got total shit, wont mention names cuz some guys may shop there....needless to say, im glad im hooked up with sarms1 now.

Thanks man, and it's only going to get better... This bridge will be taking me into a lean bulker that will include Sarms1 LGD-4033. I just gotta figure out what I want to run with it. Still on the fence about what aas I wanna run...
 
I'll tell ya man, the triple stack is no joke. I think the S4 contributes highly to its success. I am on week 4 and although I am running a very strict diet, I have shed bodyfat and gained about 6 lbs in muscle.. it is unreal. I def look on, as my muscles are harder etc... I don't necessarily feel on though which is interesting.

It's definitely a unique feeling. You don't quite feel on, but you feel euphoric.

Sarms are the real deal. Read around on some other forums and guys are still completely oblivious to their legitimacy and their benefits. We need to spread the word!!

Yes, people don't realize just how powerful the triple stack is. When you have your diet and training dialed in, its absolutely incredible

Update:
Had back/bi day yesterday and absolutely killed it. Oddly, I was feeling a bit under the weather but I still made strength/rep gains in 3 different excercises: bent over row, lat pull down, T bar row. Had a health screening at work and weighed in at 240lbs... HDL/LDL/Triglycerides all perfect! BP was elevated but I have stage 2 hypertension. Time to get some better BP meds.

I also had bloods done two weeks ago. Estradiol was at 17, Free T was 29, total T was in the 500's and RBC was slightly elevated as was my IGF-1. The thing that gets me is my T4 was high, T3 was low. Hopefully I'm not looking at thyroid problems here. I have a family history. I'm not well versed in metabolic panels. Perhaps someone will chime in :)

Glad those strength increases are coming. I recommend giving blood to bring those rbc's down if you can.

I ran an Osta + S4 stack following an Sdrol cycle and the strength gains were damn near on par with the drol... Then after I came off the SARMS I lost a bit of strength so I know for a fact that SARMS are the shit. Can't imagine adding GW to the mix!

The triple stack is perfect and very comparable to a cycle, yet it's much safer and less suppressive. It's like the osta is adding/maintaining my size through and after pct, s4 is making me stronger, and the gw is allowing less rest time between sets and a great cardio boost. It's a match made in heaven. Or, if you're simply using the triple stack as your cycle, sub the ostarine for LGD and you'll definitely put on some size.

Trained legs yesterday and I was crunched for time because of dinner plans. I absolutely killed it. It was the fastest leg workout I've ever recorded myself doing and I breezed through it. If I had more time, I definitely could have increased weight on all lifts. I blew through 5 sets of deads with 70 seconds of rest between sets. I was stunned to say the least. Weight is sitting between 238-240. It's fluctuating so much because I'm losing fat but I'm in a coloric surplus. The s4 and osta are definitely making me stronger and bigger but I gotta give props to this gw. I'm usually so winded after a heavy set of deads, I can hardly catch my breath. I just kept breezing through them set by set and I never got tired and was ready within seconds to hit the weights again. My endurance has doubled. That shit is potent! I've never responded to gw like this

Your results thus far have been crazy, dude! Deadlift actually requires a lot of oxygen cuz I always get a little short of breath doing ME stuff. Keep up the stellar work, bro, you're making these workouts your bitch!

Update:
Chest/tri was planned for 10am this morning. I did the workout as planned but unfortunately I had some nookie with my gf an hour or so before so my energy and T was way down. My lifts definitely reflected my drop in T. I always make a conscious effort not to do this before workouts but the T boosting combo I'm on and these sarms have my libido going big time

Yeah...it happens haha. If you do bump uglies before a workout you tend to feel not quite as strong but if you don't you get labeled as gay by your friends so it's really a lose/lose haha. There's always tomorrow, dude!

Lmao. Labeled gay by my friends? Nah.. Just labeled gay by her haha. She always tries right before a workout just to test my dedication to her vs the gym. The gym wins 95% of the time and she's like "are you F'n serious?". Then again, my gym is in my garage so I just blast through my workout, get my T levels super elevated and go to town on her

if you want more muscle buidling effects. sub lgd for osta!gw is a great addition to any cycle.Even just for the added endurance during workouts.But it offers much more then that

People always talk about how amazing it is (myself included) but you cant really comprehend it until you've tried it.....

On previous GW runs its like I don't even need to rest between sets; I can just go go go.

It's kind of freaky. I'm all like "did that lift even do anything for me?" Lol.

Update:
Did back/bi's yesterday and made some progress in weight increases and reps. Bp was extremely elevated before the session because my dog pissed on the couch and I absolutely freaked. I felt very weak and lethargic from the bp increase but still made progress, and that's really saying something.

Hit delts today. Energy was great. I was feeling strong and pumped even before the workout, so I increased all lifts by 5-10 lbs. It felt good to lift heavier. I only lost a rep here and there compared to my previous shoulder workouts, even with the weight increase. I looked very thick afterward and it made me feel pretty damn good. I'll gradually start increasing weight like this every few weeks to condition my joints for my next cycle. So far it's going to be LGD, test, and tren. If I had some extra $ to throw around id run some primo at 700-800 EW as well but I'll probably wait until spring for that. test/tren/primo/mast/winny would be wonderful :)

Solid, bro. Why not run GW with tren to help counteract some of the sides? Or does your body respond better to tren than most people?

Me an tren don't get along at all actually. Since I'm running gw now, I'll probably wait till about week 4-5 of the cycle and run gw with the tren.

I refrained from pre-workout nookie this time so naturally, I killed it like a bawss. The workout was DB press x3, incline DB x3, BB press x3, weighted dips x3, machine press x3, cable pull downs x4, pushups. I matched my PR's from 2 workouts ago so I was very pleased.

i was chillin in between a set doing incline bench......this guy next to me yells FUCK!!!! and drops the bar off to the left side of him....tore his pec doing 185.....couldnt believe it.

Never saw anything like that before. not doing PR's for a while now.

Tore his pec doing incline bench? That sucks but probably could've been prevented honestly. Most guys don't warm up or cool down at least not in a way that will actually help.

Damn dude...very sorry to hear all of this. It sounds cliched but what doesn't kill you does, in fact, make you stronger. Take all of this frustration out in the weight room, bro, and stay positive. Just remember that we are here to help you out in any way we can! If life knocks you on your ass you gotta grit your teeth, get up and slap that bitch in the face. Limitations be damned.

Yea! How embarrassing. Apparently we've had it the whole year and a half that we've been together so neither of us know who had it. It's treated with 4 pills so it's not too bad. We've never had any symptoms either... Very odd

Haha. I think the conclusion was me. Used to raw dog every girl I came into contact with, which was basically a bunch of bar whores. I didn't drink, just showed up to hunt. They can almost smell the test coming off me and couldn't resist lol. I haven't been tested in several years so I feel pretty bad about it. Thank god she loves me

Finally got back in the gym a few days ago and couldnt be more pleased. Hit Chest/tri's and matched all PR's. I did the workout much quicker than normal too. I guess a few days out of the gym isn't always a bad thing.

Rest is essential in getting results... I have been overtraining for so long and finally, after some convincing from my good friend wolfpackalpha, i started to take Sunday's off and it has helped me dramatically... I wasn't following my own advice and it was beginning to be a detriment to me... without rest, you can't grow and you actually take away from what your doing... its such a hard thing to do but it is very necessary, especially as we get older... longevity and recovery needs to be of the highest importance...
 
Agreed... I train daily as well, and my sleep patterns on avg are prob about 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep a night. And honeslty its prob closer to 6.5, which i dont think is enough.
You have to really listen to your body amd make good decisions when it comes to training and sleep.

I wasn't following my own advice and it was beginning to be a detriment to me... without rest, you can't grow and you actually take away from what your doing... its such a hard thing to do but it is very necessary, especially as we get older... longevity and recovery needs to be of the highest importance...

So true. During the spring when I'm really trying to shred, it's almost impossible to convince myself to get out of the gym for a day. If it wasn't for the random call outs at work, I may never take days off. I can definitely tell when I've overtaxed my CNS though... Start losing sleep and headaches start occurring more often.

Update:
Back/bi's today and I couldn't be happier. I demolished my PR on T-bar rows by 3 reps on the last set, and this is after a 5 lb weight increase from my last session. Made progress on bent over rows too. I honestly can't believe I'm still making gains at this point.. I've never experienced this much progress between cycles

Hit legs yesterday and finally made some progress on deadlifts. It's been months since I've made any gains on DL's so I'm pretty excited. This sarms run is going to end soon (didn't buy enough to run longer) and I'll be starting up some LGD4033 to kickstart test/tren. I normally do a 3 week mini pct after sarms but seeing how my bloodwork is kickass, I'll probably just hop on and start the show :D

This sarms run is going to end soon (didn't buy enough to run longer) and I'll be starting up some LGD4033 to kickstart test/tren. I normally do a 3 week mini pct after sarms but seeing how my bloodwork is kickass, I'll probably just hop on and start the show :D

Beast! That's awesome buddy I'm glad you're still making gains deadlift is tough to increase once you hit a certain point. And no PCT? Maaaaan you crazy but if bloodwork is good then go for it!

Honestly, I never really came off of my last pct which is why my bloods are so good, even during a "suppressive" sarms cycle. I've been running natty T boosters for several months but, occasionally switching them up. This has been a very successful approach to recovery. I've used hcgenerate, methyl eaa, unleashed, mho poppers, test infusion to name a few

Hit legs yesterday and finally made some progress on deadlifts. It's been months since I've made any gains on DL's so I'm pretty excited. LGD with test/tren should be nice. I'm on tren/test/eq now and thinking of adding either s4 or LGD

Nice! S4 would add additional shredding/hardness If you're looking for that or the LGD could add the extra size if you're looking for that
 
Update:
I did back/bi day yesterday and I was blown away guys. I honestly don't know wtf if is going on but I added another 5lbs to each lift and still matched my reps. I can't describe the strength I've had throughout this triple stack but, I've been consistently making gains like this each week. Hell, I've been out of osta for 2-3 days now. Just using s4 and gw ATM. I'm stronger and bigger than ever. I'm sitting at 242, around 13% and eating like a madman. I got up to 250 before I cut down last Feb but my bf was sitting much higher. I'm hoping to get around 255 at this same BF before spring, then shred up

Im def a big fan of S4... the muscle dryness and strengh gains are awesome
