Keeping strength from cycle?

ok , ivee been off for a couple weeks now still keeping my stength havent lost any weight yet either. im wonder do most of u guys keep the strength u gained from your cycle?
 
I lose strength and weight after some time off cycle but always keep some that wasn’t there before cycle.

Depending on the compounds you used, it's not uncommon to keep all of your strength and muscle gains 4 weeks post cycle. It's the 5-12 week zone where you typically see things start to fall off . For me, I loose about 5 lbs of what appears to be mostly water and my strength drops by about 10%....not a huge decrease but it's something I notice. I log all my lifts reps and weights so I can monitor things.
 
there is no way to predict what anyone will or will not keep... there's a million factors... the compounds ran, the doses, the side effects that occurred, the pct that was ran, the length of the pct, etc... i could go on and on and on when it comes to factors that play a role
 
if you keep all your strength then it is likely you were super weak to start with

you should hit PR's on steroids which you cannot replicate without them. for me it was on 2 separate tren cycles that i hit strength PR's and i would never even dream of doing that kind of weight without it

and if you think you are just going to improve in a trajectory up forever then you are in for a rude awakening when you get older. your body is going to punish you HARD if you keep that sort of attitude. you must accept there will be 2 steps forward and 1.5 steps back
 
I don't keep anything at all once the drugs wear off and I eventually return to my natural genetic potential. That's like asking are you still high a couple of weeks after smoking weed. Makes no sense whatsoever.
 
If you aren't past your genetic potential, you can keep a lot if you have a good PCT, keep eating, and keep training hard
 
If you wre only a couple weeks post cycle you're not out of the woods. Not even close. You have to ait a good month to two months when your body is at true homeostasis. That's when you'll see what you actually keep
