Since leaning out, I have constant knee pain and ankle pain. I'm not a full newbie, been researching a bit here and there but still lack the knowledge on what to do except calcium. What is my best option for joint supplements? natural would be good.

Try going to your local Walmart or sporting goods store an buy a cheap set of therapeutic bands an look up on you tube how to use them for your knees my chiropractor showed me how to use them an I do them once a week with my leg workouts an my left knee has stopped hurting all together. I injured my plica band years ago an that's what fixed it with no surgery.

I have been having some real problems with my elbows back in the days, and for years nothing would help me. Then I tried the combo of Ostarine and N2Joint RX, and I was amazed with the results - the pain and inflammation was gone really fast, and now my joints feel like new. Therefore, I can personally vouch for the ostarine + N2Joint combo when it comes to joint problems.

super slow leg extensions. Do warmup sets and then use a rep speed of about 10 to 15 seconds up and down
You will know what i mean. you want to gorge the area with fresh blood to heal and then take healing nutrients like
glucosamine, manganese and gelatin to heal.

Make any sense.

N2jointrx is a kick ass supplement. you will notice relief very quickly

I also agree with those who have said to go to a GOOD physical therapist, this will require more than just listening to your chiro or doctor.. you will need to research and find one who knows WTF they are doing to help you strengthen your knee. 90% have zero clue.

Also, you can get some knee sleeves if you need something to wear for a full workout...or knee wraps which are better for things like squat or leg press where you need a lot of support for a short period of time. I think the best solution is a combination of supplements, specific exercises to help work the joint, and the right gear to help prevent further injury. In every sport, athletes use protective gear to prevent injury...its no different in bodybuilding/powerlifting/etc.

I second this. Weirdly, leg extensions were the only exercise that allowed my knee to fully heal when I messed it up pretty bad. But dont go heavy!!!
