I’m 26 years old and this is the first time I have used steroids.
I’m doing 200mgs a week of testosterone and also stacking around 10mgs of aromasin 3x a week. On injection days I might increase the dose a bit as well. Do you have any tips on why I have left nipple pain?
Got blood work done and my testosterone levels are around 1400. and my E2 was in the mid 30’s. So I don’t understand why I’m dealing with the side effects. Any advice and tips. I don’t want to crash my estrogen.

For your age, you are not using high test here. Try adding 20mgs tamoxifen see if that helps.

You've not mentioned bodyfat.

sometimes people still can have estrogen issues even if your blood work looks good.

Sometimes we can still have problems even if we do everything right, it's not really your fault. It's just the way the situation ends up.

Some people are just very sensitive to testosterone, it's as simple as that, maybe try another steroid.

Add some Primo or some proviron, to the cycle that will help control estrogen more.
