It would just be Test E (first cycle). I've read 23-25g for injecting but 18g for drawing since the oil's thick. If possible I don't want to have to purchase 2 different sets of pins for drawing and injecting and would rather get a set with interchangeable needles. I guess that's why I was asking about which ones I should get specifically.

When I recently looked on Amazon I found a pack of 23g 1 inch but when looking for 18g tips, they were a different brand so I'm not sure if I can interchange them with the 23g. Does brand matter or are tips universally interchangeable for the most part?

i'm not an expert on pins but i would guess the answer to both your questions is yes. i doubt companies would sell bad pins to people and still stay in business long lol

I recently purchased from otcwholesale.com ordered in morning shipped in afternoon had it two days later a couple of states away. i crunched numbers between websites and with shipping they were the least expensive for what i needed and amazon didnt have exactly what i needed.

I just got $100 worth of pins from GPZ Services, super easy. They even gave me a free glass vial opener too. I use 25G 1" and 1.5" depending and 18G to draw. You can draw with 25, hell you can draw with anything really, just takes longer. Obviously if you heat it, it'll go quicker.
