Need help and guidance

Little about myself, ex military, retired due to bsck injury but have multiple injuries that hinder myself. Currently in the best shape i have been in 7 years even with the 2 recent rugrats entering my life. Thats what motivated me to push through the pain and not let it stop me. 39yo male. Was 104kg august 24 and down to 88kg. Train 7 days a week. 4 weights 3 cardio. The 4th weights is 1 hour of ab smashing. Which kills me as im not supposed to do too much bending or twisting due to spinal stim implant. Now ill cut to the chase. Been researching peptides and stuff and what i may get the best bang for buck in continuing my journey while keeping risks of side effects minimal. Now im definately wanting a bpc tb combination to aid recover and assist repair of ligament and joint damage. But unsure if i want to add test or gh. If i was going test i was planning 100mg ish every third day and if was going gh was planning each night 1iu or upto 2iu nightly as that level sounds fairly safe at a consistant level. Again only from my research. Can you experienced people please give me your opinions please using own expertise? Again not looking to turn into a bodybuilder just want to be the best version of me. Also unsure of dosages for bp and gb as my research studies ive read focus on targeting specific injury and pinning close to injury site. Thanks in advance

Couple of things. Your plan is sound, GH and Test is a great combo, 150mg Test weekly and 2iu GH - taken AM fasted ideally would be a nice combo with BPC and TB. .5mg BPC and 2-5mg TB .

I would say starting a log to track your progress and lean on the experience of people here would suit you very well.

Maybe some movements are out for you, but you could always use straps to assist too

Absolutely man, I was actually looking back through my own log last night before I started my new one and it is crazy to see the amount of change that you become blind to seeing it everyday and it may seem small. but it is a massive commitment of time and effort that you should be proud of.

I am not a peptide expert mate, but I have come to learn that there is not too many drawbacks, but honestly - start with test GH and the other two and see how they treat you, thats alot of heavy hitting compounds to add first up.

I am a big fan of pinning daily to match the bodies natural rhythms and avoid peaks and troughs, do you have to? no. But that is what works best for me.

And mate, that story is so many of us here, this fitness world is a wonderful place and so many have changed their lives for the better because of it.

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Ps, missing half of 3 fingers on one hand so if anyone knows of a great assistant tool for gripping heavier weights that would be great too. Really starting to struggle holdin now. If only bars were skinnier lol.

congrats on dropping from 104kg to 88kg that is solid work!
You can definitely run hgh and test together safely at low doses but before any of that we do not know much about your training food or day to day so we need you to start a full log so we can guide you properly. 15min to start a log and will change your life :D

Hey brother! Congrats on the kiddos. I have two myself and like you said they drive and motivate every decision I make; making me always want to do and be more.

As for your question about peptides and enhancement I think BPC and TB are probably a no-brainer for you, alongside GH at your age if you can source/ afford it. 1-2iu though is lower than or equal to your replacement dose (likely) so you may find the benefits at a smidge higher a dose.

For test I'd recommend getting some bloods done (especially given your age - may be starting to decline already, although it is a bit early), may show that you'd benefit from test.

I'd also like to know though whether your fertility is important to you? Would you stay on testosterone? Do you travel often?

if you want to just go the GH and peptides that might be a decent idea, won't shut you down. Have you had your test levels checked?

Straps for sure brother if conventional style still doesnt provide the best grip for your try figure 8 straps 👌👌

I definitely would get a Log going. Your story sounds like a lot of others as well. You should check out their logs and learn from their experiences as well.

Thanks mate, yeah i have been keeping a log so far snd i think creating a log on here would aid improvements aswell. And will be something my kids could look back on when life gets hard. Do you think ghku would be nice aswell at my age?. Would you recommend the test in 1 dose? Any additional side effects running gh and test at same time? I know you guys probably know but the gym has actually saved my life. I was in a dark place and originally said if i could control my diet for 1 month i would sign upto gym. And here i am a leaner version but long way to go.

Little about myself, ex military, retired due to bsck injury but have multiple injuries that hinder myself. Currently in the best shape i have been in 7 years even with the 2 recent rugrats entering my life. Thats what motivated me to push through the pain and not let it stop me. 39yo male. Was 104kg august 24 and down to 88kg. Train 7 days a week. 4 weights 3 cardio. The 4th weights is 1 hour of ab smashing. @fingers86 thank you for your service and sacrifices brother! I like the plan of the tb and boc that will definitely help out. The test and gh plan I think is a good one. Make sure you have an ai to control any estrogen. I recommend aromasin

Most of us on here have no desire to be bodybuilders. We are just gym grinders. That's why we put up logs so that we can keep ourselves accountable. That's what you need to do.

Do you have a specifi ai to have on hand? Obviously only use if est goes high but i do want to be prepared

congrats on dropping from 104kg to 88kg that is solid work!
You can definitely run hgh and test together safely at low doses but before any of that we do not know much about your training food or day to day so we need you to start a full log so we can guide you properly. 15min to start a log and will change your life :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
