Anybody take lgd and get intestinal problems or cramping? I'm noticed some mildly annoying sides but don't know if I'm missing something in my diet that it is depleting. Also sometimes my pumps feel like the beginnings of a cramp so bad that it makes me want to quit pushing. Otherwise I have noticed a maybe 10% increase in strength but not much size. Thoughts?

Let me clarify not intestinal cramping just general. (Legs and arms mostly)

bro sounds like you need more potassium and taurine in your diet...along with some liquids...
 
I drink about a gallon a day. You think I should up it? Will definitely get the taurine and potassium up.

pumps are a good thing but when they get this bad its a red flag that you aren't getting enough minerals in your diet

I would get some n2guard and stack it and you will feel 100% better.. it contains taurine and other minerals

and 10% increase in strength is a lot.. that's like taking your bench from 300 to 330 without using harsh compounds or having water retention. if you aren't on any joint support yet I would consider investing in that as well.
 
For how long have you been on so far? It takes roughly a couple of weeks for the SARMs to really start doing their thing at full force.

Regarding the intestinal problems, try taking some pro-biotics and enzymes - they should help big time.

The cramps can be dealt with an additional intake of taurine, potassium, calcium, water, and caffeine.

LGD will do this. LGD Pumps are nice but a bit painful. Take the taurine and potassium, tons of water. During work out time I notice I need at least three "warm up" sets just to get the cramp styled pump out of my forearms. Same thing on legs day.
 
A 10% increase in strength is a huge increase. The size will come. If your strength has increased that much and your scale weight hasn't increased much you most likely have gained muscle mass and lost body fat simultaneously.

Increase your fluid intake and make sure you are taking in adequate electrolytes - think sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Add digestive enzymes to 2-3 of your meals per day. Start taking a high quality probiotic supplement every morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. Supplement with 10g psyllium husk before bed every night. This should help your intestinal issues and help keep you regular.

Finally, make sure you are stretching out your muscles after every workout and getting soft tissue work done. The painful pumps you are experiencing might be partly due to tight and tense muscles.

ive never got this side from any sarms. Not out the question it is lgd but it could be a number of things

I definitely got the painful pumps........especially in the forearms, sometimes in the biceps, sometimes in the legs. He made a second post and clarified he does not get intestinal cramps.
