Hey there guys I have with me some Lgd from primeval labs.

From what I read the half lifes 24-36 hours. So I was wondering how should I take it? When I was on ostarine it was just once upon waking up 25 mg but the LGD I have is 5 mg a pill.

Is it best to split the dosage through out the day to get the 10mg or just 2 pills at once?

I have some arimidex I have been taking for around a month and a half (doctors prescription) at 1 mg daily. If I take the LGD and Adex both daily will there be any complications?

Are you using capsulated SARMS? SARMS can only be sold as a research chemical liquid. Almost every single day someone on this board makes a thread about getting gyno from capsulated SARMS product. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely fake or laced with a pro hormone.

A good dosage for LGD is 10mg/day. If you are using legitimate SARMS they do not aromatize into estrogen so you don't need an AI with your cycle.

Yeah they are capsulated. I have previously had experience with primeval labs as I have took their ostarine and I have had Unique's Osta also. Reguarding gyno I have that already from being fat as a teenager haha.

Both of my Ostarine cycles were similar the main difference was the liquid made me like lose my motivation to train so I was having days off but whilst I was taking the pills it was the same over all but I had not lost any motivation. What pro hormone would you say it would be laced with if that be the case?

That, my friend, only the people at primeval labs will know. They could lace their fake SARMS with virtually any prohormone, since most PH's have the same kind of effects. This is the major danger, as you have no way of knowing what kind of side effects to expect from their stuff, and how to prevent them.

With a half life of 24-36 hours, you can split up or take all at once...it won't make a big difference. After this run, I would stay away from the capsulated products. I would honestly run the anti gyno protocol and then try to get body fat down with real products like sarms1's Cardarine.

what you have there is weak pro hormones, not sarm's. they can legally put LGD on the label and get away with it, they never once claim you are buying SARM's technically.. one day if guys got together to sue them they would be put out of business, but in the mean time they will continue misleading people .. you will get results off of this product no doubt, however you are also going to get the negative sides which are not good too. they aren't safe like sarm's are.

i would return it, get your money back. then go to sarms1.com and get real sarm's

Ohhh. You might be not actually using LGD then.

In any case, if the half-life is 24-36 hours, so you can take it all at once in the morning or evening, whichever is preferable. However, next time I would suggest doing your research into SARMS, as with pills you are running a high risk of actually taking pro-hormones which can really mess up your testes & liver

It could be anything.....ANYTHING! Chances are probably the cheapest to manufacture, would be my guess.

I don't like your whatever attitude about the gyno. Despite the fact that you may have it already...you don't want it to get worse.

In fact there is a anti gyno protocol that could help you right here on evo. This would be my main concern if I were you

I have started taking the pills and so far its alright just some increased aggression which isn't too bad
