May sound like a silly question, but what is the best possible way to administer liquid SARMS/SERMS and AI's with a dropper? Would it be best to place it under the tongue for full absorption or to just swallow it whole?

Or you could go and get empty gelatin caps from a whole food store. Fill it and take it that way. That is the only way for me to take all my ag guy products and sarms. The taste is horrible.

That's the way of doing. Just don't drop them in the glass with juice, like some do, since some of the compound will stick to the glass walls, and you will lose some precious active substance there, and the dosage will not be complete.
