Question though why do you think you have high estrogen? If you are using a wet/aromatizing compound like Test, Dbol, etc then you take your AI from day 1 not when you feel gyno symptoms or are experiencing side effects of high estrogen.

Only bloodwork can tell you whats going on. You dont need a script you can get it online unless you are on doctor prescribed TRT then you should go to your doctor, tell him your concerns and to have bloodwork done to check estrogen, and then go from there.

If you are on a cycle then PSL is your way to go.

Excuse me, are you on cycle? in any case you should take blood tests and if you have high estrogens NOT due to the use of anabolic steroids you should have your doctor follow you. Don't take random drugs to try ...

If you have high estrogen not due to steroids it could be eating habits, wrong lifestyle etc.
If, on the other hand, you are on cycle, an anti-estrogen will obviously work, you don't need to "try"
