pct provides a soft landing. once you get that you can move into your bridging phase.
this is a constant war so there is no 'break' in this game if you want to get better. you would be surprised how many people run steroids then quit on the gym.. happens all the time
if you go a little longer than 8 weeks, its not going to hurt you at all but its not necessary and me personally, i dont like to see people staying on unnecessary drugs longer than need be
