Losing muscle eating less

I am doing a diet where I am eating less and I am losing muscle. That isn’t good

what guy wants to lose muscle right? We all want to gain
what supplement can I take to keep more muscle while I am eating less?
 
you don't lose muscle TISSUE from eating less unless you are super super lean like under 2-3%

don't confuse losing water weight with muscle tissue. after all our muscles are mostly made up of water, so your muscles look flatter but that isn't tissue loss.

you will lose muscle if you are a big dude quickly by stopping resistance training, but not muscle. you do however lose strength absolutely

If you want to keep more muscle while eating less, use n2generate es, it will help boost test levels.
 
eat more, high protein is good for muscles
 
Eat less carbs, more meat and veggies

Change your macros to more protein less fat etc
