What’s up evo peeps?
Wanted to throw this out there; a little food for thought.
I started gather information on tren cycle options a while back with my first teen cycle in mind. Found several references from Steve Smi about low dosing tren to minimize sides while still attaining excellent results.
Given all the rap you hear about teen sides I thought I’d give it s shot.
I’m in my late thirties and have plenty of cycles under my belt.
Here’s what it looked like.

Weeks 1-10 Tren E 200mg per wk
Weeks 1-10 Test E 400mg per wk
Weeks 1-4 Tbol 30mg ed
Weeks 1-12 Aromasin 10mg eod
Prami on hand
Perfect PCT

Have to say I’m impressed; tremendous strength increases. As far as sides, slight acne on the shoulders during week 5 or six, test tends to do that to me. Simply adding an acne scrub once a day cured that. From the tren, I was hot as fuck at all times, other than that I had a little bit of heartburn towards the end.
My weight fluctuated a bit. I’m religious about my diet but with the holidays I had a few cheat meals. I jumped up 15 lbs for a few weeks but everything came off; holding at about 218 lbs; which is 8 lbs from my start. Even carved up a bit. I suspect that’s from the cardarine; which I forgot to list earlier.
PR’d Press, Squat, and Deadlift; over all very happy.

Hope this quells any doubts from some of you who swear progress requires 2 grams of gear!

I assure you that 200mg a tren a week will give you outstanding results in its own right

there are steroids and there is TREN. tren is in a league of its own and should be treated that way. this means after a tren cycle coming off tren for a minimum of 1 year to give the body a break. if you keep abusing tren your body will punish you (trust me from personal experience)
 
I will definitely heed your warning Steve, I can see why people love though!
The only thing I forgot to mention is the aggression. Even at 200mg I had to be cognizant not to snap at my wife.

why not just run deca at 500 mg and get less sides and almost the same size
 
Your cycle lookes good yes your can use tren e 200 mg caber. 25 mg add just

Tren has an androgenic:anabolic ratio of 500:500. Testosterone in comparison is 100:100. Tren is 5x more potent then test gram per gram.

It always amazes me when someone posts a cycle and they are running 400mg+ of tren per week. I have no idea how.

Tren is a very powerful steroid. A little bit goes a long ways.
 
Two things:
1) I kept thinking 'teen'... is he a teen doing gear? WTF. Before I realized it was an error lol
2) I'm a BIG fan of less is more. If 200mg does the job then all the better. 9/10 the guys on 1000mg-2000mg do so not for results but cos their head thinks they need to.

if you keep you test low tren sides are nowhere near as bad, based on absolutely no science test seems to increase the sides of everything else and i have run test at 200 mgs a week and tren at 350 mgs a week with no crazy sides. was it worth it no would i do it again no does tren suck yes.
 
So what would you guys run your test or tren higher

run the test lower at 200mgs a week and tren at 350mgs a week you shouldnt suffer for side effects.

this question gets asked a lot

my answer is simple. more androgenic gear= more strength and mass, but more sides. less androgenic gear = still good strength and mass, but less sides.
