Running a test only cycle 500mg every week. Noticed a lump under nipple about the size of a penny. No puffy nips and no sensitivity either. Currently I’m running 12.5mg eod of aromasin got blood checked and everything is in the norm. What do you guys think?
you have no elevated estrogen and are running aromasin so are you sure there is actually something there? it doesnt equate to you have any sort of gyno issues

Can you post a photo? It might just be fat. A lot of people mistake a fatty chest for gyno.
A fatty chest in a man almost looks like moobs. Men don't really store fat in their upper chest. Mainly just in their lower chest so it can look like gyno.

im never a fan of guess work whatsoever so the doctor would be the best option if you have concerns.. when you just "guess" you could treat something the wrong way and actually create further problems for yourself...
I would have it looked at. If estrogen was really high it would be a red flag but with it in range, better have it looked at.
