you build mass via weight and resistance training.
i don't agree with "eat more food".. nope, doesn't work. when you do that you just get fat UNLESS you have amazing genetics and are taking tons of shit. this is why so many of these bodybuilding coaches fail miserably, they think that they can take some dude with shitty genetics and put them on 4000 calories and 300g of protein a day and he will gain muscle lol. he ends up gaining a bunch of fat
