My wife is going through menopause and she having bad stress and anxiety and we are constantly fighting, but I try to avoid her since I know those are symptoms of menopause, I would like to know what natural supplements or over the counter can I get for her to diminish those levels of stress and anxiety cause by menopause? thanks.

Menopause is caused from hormone fluctuations as a women's ovaries stop working. Sadly, no supplement is going to do much.

The best supplements a woman can take who is going through menopause is essential fatty acid supplements. They will help regulate her hormones and make her feel a lot better. Get a good quality fish oil, krill oil and evening primrose oil. Have her take 3g of each daily.

Especially evening primrose oil, it's a fantastic supplement that a lot of people overlook -> https://www.evolutionary.org/evening-primrose-oil/

I think balance is important. if she were to exercise she would be able to get the baby batter out

i really cannot stand the PMS bullshit and i find that the chicks i have dated who don't exercise and who have stressful jobs and don't get enough sleep, have it worse. they turn into man hating nutcases and take it all out on you.

it is no difference than a guy having rage and taking it out on loved ones instead of the iron

Just wondering, since your wife is going through menopause, and if she's into weight lifting, is she losing muscle mass at all or finding it hard to keep muscle?

Most women will notice muscle loss during menopause. It's part of the aging process.

The best thing you can take to prevent muscle loss is ostarine -> https://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866
Ostarine was developed to prevent muscle loss in people with muscle wasting diseases like HIV and cancer.

no doubt women will lose muscle mass as they age, just like men

some women are even doing HRT and HGH (although that is extremely pricey)

a great suggestion is SARM's which are in trials for exactly this, which is preventing muscle wasting

What about DHEA for those going through menopause?

I wouldn't bother. The thing with DHEA is that it is a precursor to both estrogen and testosterone. I would recommend something like Ostarine which was designed to prevent muscle wasting.
