I saw that you used to be a lot bigger. Do you ever plan on adding mass to your frame again?

It's a long story but when I was 21, I found out I had cancer. Luckily it was just a muscular tumour that needed to be cut out and I am now 100% perfectly healthy but I no longer want to use steroids and HGH knowing that I am genetically pre-disposed to cancer.
Steroids and HGH do not directly cause cancer or anything like that but they increase the rate at which cells in your body divide and grow. That isn't a problem for most people but if you are genetically predisposed to cancer, steroids and HGH will also increase the rate that the cancer will grow.

You were so vascular haha. Were you on a cycle back then?
I was on 1g of test per week + 300mg of EQ per week. No AI or support supplements. Really bad water retention because I wasn't using an AI. I am lucky that I didn't get gyno.
Those were the dosages my coach told me to use and I didn't question it. I just did as I was told.

Damn your face was so much meaner when you had more mass. Now you kinda look all too friendly, and there you look like a bad ass. But everyone makes a choice of his own, and if you think that juice is not your thing anymore, we can not do anything else but respect your choice.
You got some good genetics brother......you look fierce and thick at 220 but fantastic at 185 and a model! You win either way. Great job man. On top of that you are also a great guy too. I know the forum members agree as well.

Santa is bringing gains this Christmas
I ordered a custom fabric blend of 95% organic bamboo 5% spandex for the clothing line so it'll be about another month until I have everything ready but once it's all done, I will hook you up for sure. Right now I just have the sweaters and fanny packs available for sale on alldayclothes.com

I know you stated that you were told to do that cycle , but if you could do it again would you run the 1000 test and 300 eq?where there good results with that bulk combo?
I was a watery mess. I am really lucky I didn't get gyno. If I were to do it again I would do:
testosterone 500mg/week
EQ 600mg/week
aromasin 10mg EOD
