Micronized creatine

I started using Ultimate Nutrition Creapure micronized creatine monohydrate several months ago and have since stopped. I used it for about 1.5 months.

The product seemed to be working fine, mostly just making my muscles fuller and tighter. But I did not notice any real strength gains, which is what I was looking for.

Anyways, it seems like I have been experiencing cramps in virtually any muscle in my body when I tense them up too much. I didn't really notice this while I was using the product, but since I have stopped it hasn't really gone away.

I was wondering if the cramping was related to the creatine and, if possible, I would be able to do anything to get rid of the cramping (i.e. cleansing my body of whatever's left in it).

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
The cramping likely has nothing to do with creatine. Possibly the way you are training, your diet, improper hydration, electrolyte balance, or any combination of those
 
Some people don't respond that well to creatine so not everyone gets super strong when using it. Especially if strength isn't your primary goal.
As far as your results go getting tighter (leaner/more defined muscles I assume?) doesn't sound like something creatine normally causes so are you sure it's just the creatine?
Creatine shouldn't cause cramping, in fact it should be quite the opposite as creatine pulls water in to your muscles.
 
use HCI or a product that contains it for best results.. try ancient strength
 
What was your dosage? You might not have been taking enough. I recommend 5g/day for creatine
