I workout out to damn early in the morning, 4am, so I get up at 3:30 to take my preworkout(jack3d), let the dog out and then get to lifting. I mix all my supps the night before. This includes my jack3d, whey protein, and my intra(gatorade powder, 2 scoops of usp labs modern bcaa's in 20 ounces of water). Is it okay to mix the stuff the night before, and let it sit in the fridge?
Also I was thinking I wouldn't mind upping the dose of jack3d, but I don't think I want to put it all in one, so I was thinking of adding it to the gatorade/bcaa's intra workout drink. What do people think of that idea?
