Mixing everything night before?

I workout out to damn early in the morning, 4am, so I get up at 3:30 to take my preworkout(jack3d), let the dog out and then get to lifting. I mix all my supps the night before. This includes my jack3d, whey protein, and my intra(gatorade powder, 2 scoops of usp labs modern bcaa's in 20 ounces of water). Is it okay to mix the stuff the night before, and let it sit in the fridge?

Also I was thinking I wouldn't mind upping the dose of jack3d, but I don't think I want to put it all in one, so I was thinking of adding it to the gatorade/bcaa's intra workout drink. What do people think of that idea?

I know vitamins degrade in water. I'm not sure how fast but it should be a negligible amount overnight.
 
you will be fine. all those things are designed to last a while and not degrade otherwise supplement companies would lose so much money from them going bad

and let me just add all that shit you are taking to workout is unnecessary and counter productive. i realize you wake up early and i respect that, but in that case why not just drink a little coffee (yes i said it) IF YOU TRULY NEED IT vs. wasting all that money on pre workouts which do more harm than good. in the end i would rather you go to bed earlier so you can wake up earlier without an aid. Tom brady and even Howard Stern are in bed at 8pm. it works wonders getting quality sleep. or another option is change what time you workout. we did not evolve to move around at night, we spent 2M years hiding in our caves and primitive shelters from predators and the scary dark. we only came out during the daylight for a reason and that is how our bodies operate. your melatonin drops at sunrise and rises at sunset for a reason
 
I actually just use little sealing containers to prepare all my powders and then just dump it in an shaker cup and add water. Takes 2 seconds longer and isn't in water for 1w hours

I mix all my stuff the night before. No issue doing that at all
